If I could give 0 stars I would. Gross, just gross. Got the steak with a side salad, mashed potatoes and veggies, with a glass of water. Firstly, the water was disgusting, salad was full of brown yucky lettuce, steak tasted like it was an old clearance piece of meat, veggies were from a frozen peas and carrots medley, and mashed potatoes were scooped onto the plate with an ice cream scoop like it is a cafeteria. My husband got the same and we both took one bite of our steak and not another. Our server was sweet but never even mentioned to us as we were done if our uneaten steaks were okay… didn’t ask at all.

There’s no better deal in all of Cripple Creek, Colorado than the 49 cent breakfast at the Home Café located within Bronco Billy’s Casino. In fact, if you add a bottomless coffee, you are still at the mere price of $ 1.50! For less than two quarters(before tax) you can snag a cheese omelette, hashbrowns and white or wheat toast. While this is not gourmet breakfast food, it’s much better than edible and once again it’s 49 cents! There are, in fact, several other options on the .49 cent breakfast menu, including some biscuits and gravy with sausage. It’s more than possible to treat yourself with more than one breakfast, a coffee, and still be under the $ 2 mark. If there’s a downside to the fabulous .49 cent breakfast, it’s that it ends at 11:00 a.m. and the Home Café is cash only.

The restaurant is located in the lower level of Bronco Billy’s Casino. They have $ 0.49 breakfast from 2:00 am to 11:00 am. All of us had variations of the First Base. Eggs were good, lots of bacon fries perfectly. My fruit consisted of watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew. It was really good and we’ll be back! Keep in mind they only accept cash, no checks or credit cards. Minors must be escorted through the casino by an adult to get in and out of the restaurant and to the restrooms.
