Scheduled an appointment with them to provide me with an estimate for some home repairs. Did not show up and did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know they couldn’t make it.

Bowen is one of the worst companies I’ve had the displeasure of working with for renovations to my home. When major problems arose, which were caused by Bowen, the company made no effort whatsoever to retain my business. I was told that they would «lose money» by accomodating my request for a solution after one of their workers failed to show for a scheduled appointment. I was provided with multiple inadequate excuses and no solutions other than to schedule another appointment. The answer is to possibly waste another entire day from work with no guarantee that the workers would actually show? The customer service is horrible, they don’t return e-mails or phone calls, and they have no desire to please or retain unhappy customers. I am beyond disappointed in this company.

We have used Bowen Painting and Remodeling for many projects in our home. The craftsmen are very skilled at their trades, painters, drywallers, and carpentry. They always go above and beyond. They leave your home cleaner than when they arrived. Their pricing is very fair and quality is above and beyond. We also like doing business with Bowen Painting and Remodeling as they give back to our community. Joe and his people are always donating their time, talent and treasures to make our community better.

Overpriced and don’t stand behind their work. Both my neighbors and I have had identical experiences with them. When they price a job, it’s always the most expensive quote, with an understanding you’re paying for guarantee and quality. I fell for it and then we had a problem — Bowen totally blew us off. Neighbor had same experience.
