I stopped by and picked up some flowers for Valentines day today and everyone was really nice and the shop is really cute. I am reading the bad reviews though and wondering if maybe these folks are just plain bad at delivery and it is best to pick up your flowers from here instead of asking for delivery.

I received flowers for my birthday from this florist. They not only arrived a day late, but they were the completely wrong bouquet. My Aunt had ordered me a sunflower bouquet but I received roses and daisies. There was already brown spots on the roses when I received them and by day four 6 of the 12 had died and now, 6 days from receipt, all the flowers are dead. I trimmed them and watered hoping they would come back to life. I hope FDR decides to drop this florist. I would never recommend anyone to this florist.

When it comes to customer service Crofton Florist really impressed me! Petrine is a saint! She helped me carefully select the perfect arrangement for my sick grandfather and did not get annoyed even once when I redid my card 3xs! She even went and got me a real paper card when my note became to long. Thank you Crofton Florist for a WONDERFUL experience!!!

‘Mom and pop’ is right. My boyfriend called and ordered peonies. I got everything but peonies. If they are out of season the florist should have let him know. For $ 380 I received a bouquet of white roses, pale pink roses Shasta daisies and purple roses… in a hideous black plastic vase. And if that wasn’t bad enough, it was arranged like a funeral spray and left on my front door.

Too bad negative stars cant be given. I had to GO PICK UP MY Valentine’s Day flowers on the DAY AFTER! They never delivered and when I picked up my flowers, it turns out I didn’t even get what was ordered for me. VERY POOR service. On top of that, they sent a morning delivery confirmation and I didn’t even go hunting their shop down until 2:30PM! So, makes me wonder what would have happened to my flowers if I hadn’t gone looking for them! I want my darn Teddy Bear!

I love this Florist! It is a very small shop with flowers everywhere! However, the staff is very nice and extremely friendly! I can call them, tell them my price point, pay over the phone and voila, order is done! I love this flower shop! Definitely my go to Florist!

Love that there are still mom and pop florists like this. Crofton Florist happily took my order over the phone, had my orchid plant ready when I arrived, and took time to make sure that it was beautifully presented (it’s about to be a Christmas gift). It was pricy, but perfect, so I didn’t mind it. Give them a call beforehand so that they can really do a good job and not be rushed. Do that and you will be in good hands.
P. S. They advise that you just call them directly and place and order instead of a 1 – 800 number for a florist. They say it’s just easier that way. That being said, if you do so, I would at least see what deal they are offering through the 1 – 800 number so you can ask for it directly and they have a point of reference. That will make everyone happy!

They delivered gift flowere to us twice. The first time the flowers were of poor quality. The second time, today, they were to mark a special birthday. Except — the delivery was a day late and it was not the item that was ordered. Yes, it came the day AFTER the birthday!

I wish there were NEGATIVE stars to give this business! It took them THREE days to make a delivery!!! They never even apologized! I will NEVER use them!!!
