Dr Toll and his staff is very personable and friendly. When I seek out any medical service business, it is very important to me that the office has friendly front office staff. If the front office staff is too busy to help you or has no patience for questions, then I cannot patronize that business no matter how great the doctor is. Crofton Podiatry is not that place. The girls at the front desk are REALLY friendly, upbeat, and genuinely nice people. Dr Toll was very easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns. Although my problem was not resolved (I’m still seeking to find the source of the pain in my foot) I believe that Dr. Toll exhausted all options to helping me find the reason for my foot pain.

Dr. Toll and his staff are great– super friendly, and everyone seems to genuinely care about the patients. I only had a minor procedure, but I would certainly go back if I have any more problems creep up in the future. I also love the ability to make an appointment online, through the website. So nice. Good hours, too.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! I have plantar fasciitis, a common foot problem but also a painful one. My situation was a concern because I was going on two trips where I needed my feet to serve me well, one to the Southwest and one to Ireland. Dr. Toll and his staff treated me like I was a close friend — they remembered everything I had told them from my first visit. The exercises and icing worked miracles, as did the taping. I came back from my travels in better shape than before I went, which I attribute to the outstanding care I got from Dr. Toll and company. Thank you!

Dr. Toll treated me for Planter’s Faciitis. After a month of seeing him, I was released a week ago and am still pain free. The office staff is highly professional, very friendly and have a nice personal touch. They are very flexible in regards to scheduling appointments and rarely did I have to wait. Highly recommend Dr. Toll if you are having any sort of problems with your feet.
