Just had a birthday party for my daughter. It was great. Staff is so nice and friendly. Love that we can get pizza at Ledo’s next door. Great value and the kids had a good time.

I must admit, I am hooked. The staff here is wonderful and never hesitate to answer questions. I believe I will be going in on a regular basis.

I’ve been to a few pottery studios (see review for Pic N’ Paint in Pasadena, for example), and this is by far the nicest studio, has the most pleasant staff, and was the greatest experience so far.
The premise is simple: choose a piece to paint, pick your colors, and then pick up your finished piece in a week. I came here for a «Mom’s Night Out» in early June and ended up painting a plate and bowl set for my son. One thing we weren’t aware of is that you have to be finished your painting a half hour prior to the shop closing. I knew you had to be seated an hour before closing, but I was caught by surprise when I was told I had five minutes left to paint and the place was still open for another 35 minutes. Just be aware of the time when you’re there. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience. Prices per piece were reasonable too. Also keep in mind that it takes three coats to get a nice solid color on your piece, so allow time to not only sketch and paint your design, but to give it three coats of each color as well.

Chickadee attended a party here a few weeks ago, and I have to say that it was well done!
For children 6 and under, parents can reserve the party room for 90 minutes. The staff helps each child select an item and set up a painting palette. The kids painted for about an hour, then it was time for refreshments. Everything was run smoothly, and all of the munchkins seemed to have a good time.
There are two different party packages, but the basic one is $ 15/​child which includes:
–choice of mug, bowl or plate (finished product ready for pick-​up in 7 days)
–special plate for the birthday boy/​girl signed by his/​her friends
–private party room
–dedicated staffer for the party
–all supplies
–printable invitations from the website
I hope to bring the girls back here over Chickadee’s winter break. The prices for the pieces are affordable (little items start at $ 6). There are a couple of high chairs available for the little ones. I did not notice a changing table in the restroom.
The studio is located in the Route 3 Center (same plaza as Christopher’s and Ledo Pizza). Great idea for an inclement day or just do to something different!
