Called in the morning to let them know I would be in around 6pm for a repair and was told «not a problem!» (Employee, website and door all say they close at 7) I show up at 6:10 to find the store closed and locked. 5 minutes after me, 2 more people come to the shop, to buy a gun, they also were surprised the shop was closed (they drove an hour to get there).
I call the shop number, the voicemail gives me a number to text and I do (picture of conversation included), the answer I got? «He prob just left»… Excellent response…
My recommendation? Go to Tactical Airsoft in south windsor, the field is way larger and customer service is way better (not that cromwell would be hard to beat!)
