Avoid this company at all costs. Poor service. Intermittent internet service at best. Always on the phone with them and they say it’s fixed but it’s not. Finally you demand that a technician comes to your home to fix it. You take a day off from work, the technician comes and says it’s fixed but it’s not. The worst cable company ever. Expensive. Useless. If I could give it zero stars I would.

For my next excursion, I came back to return my box & modem. One employee is very nice, while the other is chatting away with someone, while there are 3 people in line.(This is the same woman that I dealt with in my last review.) While she is talking to this man, a woman pops her head in the door. And the worker says, give me 2 minutes & proceeds to tell the man that the girl brought her coffee. After she finishes her conversation with him, which will be discussed later, she says she has to go to the bathroom, walks away(6 people are now in line). Then she conveniently comes back about 6 – 8 minutes later with her coffee. Ridiculous, especially since they close in 30 minutes. Why couldn’t her friend bring the coffee to her, if she needed it that bad, instead of taking a break when people are waiting. She also told the guy that she was speaking to that he should cancel his phone service with Comcast, because he was already paying for cell service. Nice sales tactic there. Well, I’m done wasting my time with this, & am happy that I will never have to come here again. I would suggest getting any other provider, on the sole reason that you won’t have to deal with her.
