Came to this location just because of proximity to my destination but would I have known they were going to treat me differently because of the color of my skin I would have continued driving down the road. I came in and was rudely told to wait which I did. An older white man takes my order nothing more straight to the point no form of customer service what so ever. However 2 minutes later a white couple walks in and the difference in customer service provided is beyond evident. I felt as if I was treated like a second class human being which I’m not. I was dressed nicely and didn’t offer him an excuse to treat me differently. Other than this the place is a mess the entrance has receipts all over the place and there’s no organization.

Tried ‘em three times and the third time’s the last. First time: Gave into their new ad campaign for the «drizzles» (swirls, whatever) and flavored crusts. OK pizzas, but forgot the swirls on both. FORGOT THE 2 LITER. Second try: Forgot the swirl on one, super thin crust (NEVER seen a crust so thin and we ordered HAND TOSSED). Barely ANY cheese at all!!! Third and last: After specifically noting the thin crust no cheese issue, they bring us two with THIN CRUST and again literally almost NO CHEESE. (And the delivery driver stands up to peep at us right thru kitchen window and raps on the glass… instead of ringing the front doorbell like a normal person). BUH BYE HUT.

These guys are always at least 20 minutes later than the eta they give you. Today our order went out at 12:49 and showed up at 2:05. Pepsi was hot, pizza and wings were cold, no marinara. Etc. The only reason I would order here is that the app is so easy and Crosby doesn’t really have much to choose from. I’ll try Big Bs or Dominoes next time.

Worst delivery service !! Pizza now uses call centers or online ordering and you don’t know the delivery time until your credit card has been charged. Since moving to Crosby delivery time is never under an hour however the real delivery time is an hour and a half. When the order still had not showed up after an hour and half I tried canceling, the store said they cancelled I received a pizza an hour after that. Who gets a pizza delivered 3 hours after ordering ??

Just ordered a large pizza, sweet ice tea, and wings from here, arrived hot and was just as ordered. I have never had a bad pizza from them yet and they are the best pizza in Crosby.
