I called Appliance Genie for a broken ice maker. They asked for the brand, serial number and model number. Clay called to say he would be arriving a half hour early. He promptly diagnosed and replaced the offending ice maker. The repair was expensive mainly because the part is. They give a 10% senior discount which helped. A day later and I have ice!

I had a huge barbeque this summer and two days before my refrigerator and ice maker decided to go on strike. I called place and they told me two weeks or that they would get back to me and never did. I called the Appliance Genie and it was like a weight was lifted. They asked me some basic question and said they would send someone the next day. The next day a repair man was at my house looking at my appliances. Both items were repaired and my party went off without a hitch. This was my first time using them but it will not be my last!
