The coffee was good as always but the service was very poor. I saw several waiting at the counter waiting to order, but the two free baristas were too busy doing closing duties to notice. My husband and I were sitting and enjoying our coffee when all of a sudden one of the baristas yells out«we are closed». And I do mean yelled out for all to hear. We got up and apologized. It was exactly 9:30 and apparently they close at 9:30 even though Unilocal says they are open till 10. That was our mistake but didn’t appreciate the way in which they informed us.

People in this town love their Starbucks. The drive thru is usually long, and the walk-ins keep this place busy. So when a malfunction or service disruption occur, caffeine-starved patrons quickly turn into an angry mob. The friendly staff can be harried and error-prone at times, but for the most part, this location serves my latte-fix satisfactorily.

Every time I come here the coffee tastes different. Very little consistency between the baristas. However, it is in a convenient location, and it has a drive through and I count on one hand the number of coffees from this place that were undrinkable(just down right gross). I have never been inside, so can’t comment on that but the drive-thru employees are always pleasant.

This place is great staff is always friendly and the food and coffee is always great as well. Restrooms are always clean I don’t know what else to say the place is perfect. So I have wrote a great review an that’s not good enough for Unilocal it tells me you have to do better ! So I am now just writing stuff until the message below this changes from more to ok you have done good !! Oh wait I am there yay

this Starbucks pales in comparison to my Denton locations. My daughters and I spend way too much money daily on our drinks and baked goods. Rather than the drive thru we went into the store today and with my order I filled out another holiday punch card. Erin was superficial and would not apply my punch card to my drink. No eye contact, not welcoming at all.

I went into this location on Mother’s Day morning. You would think the service would be extra special. Instead the manager was a complete ass and very rude to me for no reason. Apparently even though they have 2 cash registers, they only open 1. Heaven forbid you stand in front of the wrong one, or assume the 2 open registers means both would be in operation. You will be lambasted for your mistake. Apparently 9 Starbucks employees working is short staff for them(according to the manager). I am not sure where you would fit anymore of them. I see another review on here also makes mention of their rudeness. It seems like a new business to the area would be interested in keeping customers. But I guess if the manager is a jerk, why would anyone expect the average worker there to know how to treat customers? He’s training them! I would avoid this location until they get better management and customer service training.

I asked for lite ice and get a cup full of ice. I told her I wanted lite ice and with attitude she says I did do lite ice and so she removed some ice and i got about half the drink and she wouldn’t even top it off after removing the ice. Horrible service! I live close by and I will drive out of my way to go to another location. Pretty ridiculous when you spend $ 5.00 on a drink and can’t even get it filled up.

We always go through the drive-thru, so I can’t tell you how it is on the inside BUT every-time we get a coffee it always is burnt. Grossly burnt, has a terrible burnt smell. I don’t know if it’s because we went in the afternoon but it’s a waste of $ 3. Also, ask for your sugars on the side, the last two times we went they didn’t sweeten it.

Super fun atmosphere! The coolest Looking Starbucks on the inside. Love the bar and extra large table they have in there! Also the fastest Starbucks that I’ve been too(which is a lot!)

What can I say that hasn’t been said before? I can talk about the healthy alternatives. The coffees are great and the food selection is getting better. Their Bistro boxes are a healthy snack if you choose wisely. If you’re looking for a healthy alternative, then avoid the yogurt. The sugars in the yogurts are equivalent to a small donut; clearly, not a healthy choice. For a healthy drink, try the iced tea or the coffee with skim milk and no sugar. It sounds boring, but it’s healthy.

We needed this Starbucks desperately in this part of town. This location is nice and clean, friendly staff, and the best coffee. They don’t have the clover, but you can get pour over or french press.

There a few things more depressing than pulling into a Starbucks located just off a busy highway, getting a breakfast sandwich and a beverage, then pulling back onto the busy highway only to realize your order is completely wrong. Waaah. A couple miles down the road and on my way to class, there is no turning back now, so I’ll have to enjoy this meal even if I don’t enjoy it. I ordered a sweetened blackberry mojito iced tea lemonade, and received an unsweetened blackberry mojito iced tea, no lemonade. Ugh. Not good. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, yet received some sort of square croissant with ham and cheese baked on top of it. It was pretty good, but not filling. I’m sure it costs less than the sandwich I paid for too. I’m not sure when this location opened, but so far. definitely not impressed.

I like this Starbucks. It is not over run by students and their laptops or crowded with snotty coffee folk They even have nice outdoor seating in the front; so it overlooks 380! Put a shot of espresso in you cup and organize your coupon.

Solid opening and great layout… Nothing like a new Starbucks, seems even more pleasing then the new store in little elm. Have been in every day for a week and they have a nice sized staff, looks like 6 – 7 folks — this helps cut through the lines quickly. Staff is friendly and attentive clearly some veterans in this crew. Look forward to many visits.
