I recently wrote a negative review about this company, and as a result of that review, I received a phone call from someone at Express Automotive,(he gave me his name, but never told me his position within the company). The reason for the negative review I gave was based on, what I thought was shoddy work. I had asked them to do several things, one of which was to adjust my vehicles parking brake. Although they charged me for the adjustment, the parking brake never once worked properly. The other problem I had was that, «as a courtesy», while your vehicle is in their shop, they check all of your vehicles fluid levels. Unfortunately for me, whoever checked the fluid level in my radiator neglected to tighten the radiator cap tightly As a result, while driving into Crossville, I thankfully noticed my truck starting to overheat. I was able to get to the Wal Mart and purchased several gallons of water to put back into the radiator. Needles to say, I was not only inconvenienced, but had I not caught the overheating engine, it could have done extensive damage to my vehicle. I politely explained these things to the caller from Express Automotive. Not once during the course of the conversation did this person take ownership of his companies mistakes, nor did he offer an apology. Instead, right before abruptly hanging up on me, he said this to me —- and I quote: «we deal with a__holes ALLTHETIME, and your an a__hole!» Apparently, since they deal with a__holes ALLTHETIME, me, you, and everyone else who takes their vehicles to them should consider themselves to be a__holes! Not a way to run a business!
