I had the pleasure of working with LONO Audio Visual when they connected my home theater in New Jersey. Coming from someone with absolutely no knowledge of audio visual components, the LONO team took the time to explain how the system worked together in order to provide the utmost quality in my listening experience. I would absolutely recommend them, they were prompt, respectful of my domicile by taking off their shoes, very learned and patient but also very prompt and prepared. They anticipated my needs by ensuring that they brought extra supplies with them in the event that I unintentionally misrepresented the supplies that I had.
