Wonderful! From the moment you walk in friendly courteous staff make you feel very at ease. Being a first timer (and I know– boo hiss, a walk in) I didn’t have a specific stylist I wanted, so happy with the one they paired with! I am not a sit and let someone play with my hair person, Kylie got that. The whole place smelled so good, soft lighting and soft music really helped make my experience fantastic!

Today was my first visit to the salon. I got an appointment in just over a week of calling. The salon is very clean and stylish. It will be expanding too, so I can only imagine it will get ever better. They have refreshments and snacks at the front for your convenience.
They set up time for a consultation. I’m not sure what works best with my hair and I don’t keep up with hair trends. I showed a couple pictures of things I like, but told Elle that ultimately I just wanted a shorter style that worked best with my hair. I didn’t know what to do with color so I asked for advice. I felt confident if her ability right away so I just told her to do whatever and have fun.
Elle was very professional and easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and I’m really glad she wasn’t frustrated when I asked her to be creative. She was happy with the outcome of my hair as was I. She also reassured me that if I had an problems with my cut that I could go back for any fixing.
Prices were reasonable, and she referred me to some product to help with styling. She seems very knowledgable and educated about hair. I am very pleased with my first experience.
