Very unhappy with my experience. Everything went pretty well until the very end. I was told the money I needed to bring to closing was one amount and the day before I went to closing it jumped $ 900. I asked, and I am not exaggerating here, at least 15 times. Because my real estate agent kept telling me something was not quite right. My real estate agent even called and asked at least three times about the closing costs. I am very unhappy with this. It was not the matter of the money, it’s the fact that I was told one thing and it turned out to be another. I would not recommend them at all. I have been a very happy Tech Credit Union for almost 25 years and really wanted to use CU because they are affiliated with them. But I will not be going through them when it’s time to re-​fi from FHA to Conventional. Apparently I was not the only one this happened to the week of my closing.
