I would like to commend this company from its front office staff to the electricians. I scheduled a service call last Tuesday and I was pleased and impressed with all aspects of this experience.
Dean is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable electrician. He provided a very comprehensive and understanable explanation relating to the problem and process for repair. The estimate for the repair was reasonable and fair.
Dean brought in another electrian to assist and to ensure that the repair was completed that day. In fact, they stayed until 8:30 p.m. I am sorry I do not remember the name of Dean’s associate, but, he was equally professional and friendly.
They ensured that the work areas were thoroughly cleaned up and did an outstanding job in every aspect!
