If I could give ½ a star I would What a Jerk Waste of my time Called and spoke to Rons Wife and inquired about a Free Quote for a New Deck After not receiving a return phone call after a week I then called them back His wife answers the phone again and Very Rudely stated that he was Very busy and would call us back about the estimate at his convenience My wife and I were out shopping the following weekend when His wife called and told us that They where in our neighborhood and that We weren’t home … Yeah because I was out with my Wife and Oh yeah You Never Called Us to Set up An Estimate ! Am I supposed to look into my crystal ball and have known that you were Coming that day !!! Then Your Very Rude Wife started getting an Attitude with my Wife Waste of time Go Fuck Yourself Ass holes !!!

Not a good experience. Really screwed me over on a window. Gave wrong size, he knew job was coming up and when window came in Ron told me too busy job to small find someone else. Very unprofessional. Had to hire someone else and it ended up costing 3 times as much because of the wrong size window he ordered. He is very rude and said oh well some other company probably pulled the wool over your eyes. Horrible experience with Ron’s home improvement
