This is just a quick update. Had horrific day. The suckiest part– had to do errands after work and I really didn’t look forward to them. Walked into AT&T to get some advice or help with new phone and was pretty much told they couldn’t help me– it was an Apple issue. Thank you– glad I pay $ 212 a month for your non help! So– we are getting to the Sherwin part now– swung into Sherwin to pick up a couple this and the guy behind the counter(hey Mike!) asked how I was. When I told him–(while working on my order) he took a few minutes to help me figure it out… was it his job? No. Was it the nicest 2 minutes of my week so far? Yes. Customer Service sometimes boils down to just helping a person out… The service is always great. You can’t beat the knowledgable staff and the company stands behind their product, but CP has some seriously helpful and friendly people.

While there are a number of «good» places to get paint, I have to say my last few visits to this store have been a pleasure. Vince is incredibly helpful, remember what you are working on and your prior purchases. Not only that he helped explain the different products, pros and cons, so that you can make an educated purchase. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a place to do their paint shopping.
