Mike’s Deli

You don’t know what you’ve been missing out on. This place has the best breakfast, for cheap. Our office use to be down the street and this was our go-​to places for breakfast. You can get a egg+meat platter for $ 5! And it was delicious and made perfectly. I miss Mike’s, there’s no other place like this.

I started to go to mikes deli recently over the last few months after a friend told me its the best for breakfast sandwiches. he was not kidding! i go there about 2 times a month or maybe 3 as i only travel for work 1 day a week usually. I normally get the sausage and cheese with egg on a roll. and its a huge sandwich. recently i got jsut pork roll and cheese on rye toast and it was HUGE! i loved it! The sandwich was unreal for the price. i had to each a few pieces of pork roll out of the sandwich to be able to eat it as a sandwich. There is no other place i go for breakfast sandwiches. cant wait to go get a lunch sandwich there. Mike is usually there in the morning and is very friendly and connected with the customers. he seems to know alot of them by name and asks about their family. The woman who is there is also super friendly and nice i just dont know her name. What a great place to go. I know they have a new customer for life from me.

I found my way here after seeing the specials menu at work. It looks like they could build you any kind of sandwich you want. I went with the Kangeroo (bread pouch stuffed with sauce and meat) and a cup of Hungarian Mushroom soup. Both were good. The sandwich had a spicy red sauce and can be very messy to eat. It looks like many people call in their orders. Their specials run for both breakfast and lunch. I will probably be back to try something again soon (like next week).

i go to mike’s deli frequently, because i work nearby. The people there are great. They are always busy, but still make it a point to remember my name. It appears as if most of them are family working there. They offer above average deli food, with great prices, and great service. mike is always at the grill cooking. he is obviously dedicated to his business, and it shows. Mike makes some of the best bacon around, and his chicken pot pie soup may be the best soup i have ever had!
