Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts

Jo-​Ann Fabrics is generally one of my favorite stores (i may be the only person under 30 who can claim this:) and I spent a significant amount of time visiting this location, as well as other St. Louis area locations, while planning my recent wedding. I live in Crystal City, so this location was generally the most convenient, however I frequently found myself traveling all the way to the Ballwin location because it has such better selections. The Crystal City Jo-​Ann Fabrics is small and cramped, and lacks many of the tools and supplies provided by larger stores. The workers are generally friendly and helpful, but this unfortunately doesn’t make up for the store’s interior. The store definitely shows its age, and needs a significant cleaning, especially the restrooms! If it is renovated or expanded in the future I will definitely go back, but currently I try to avoid this location as much as possible and am greatly looking forward to the new South County Jo-​Ann opening soon!
