We had our first visit a few months ago after ignoring this place for a long time. I was impressed with the food and thought we’ll have to visit more often. I am more impressed with the staff then anything. After each visit they seem to get better some how. I’m not going to explain it all, they just get it. They do everything right. I am always shocked at how good they do everything! They make other fast food places look down right horrible. My most recent visit with my young daughter was the best. She was playing with some other kids in the play area. A parent comes out and tells a young employee that her daughter had been sick up inside the playhouse, apologized and suggested they get everyone out and get it cleaned. The young girl got everyone out and went to report it to the manager. A few minutes later a couple appears that I can only imagine were the owners, in there nice cloths, walking in to the room with cleaning supplies an proceeded to climb inside and clean the mess. I was floored. They didn’t send one of the many young hard working kids in to do it. They went and did it them selves. What an example to the people they employ or a customer like myself. This establishment deserves way more then 5 stars. Keep up the AMAZING work.

I can handle Chick-Fil-A’s political views on gay/lesbian issues, to each their own and I shall not judge. I can even tolerate closed-on-Sundays, although from a business perspective, it makes absolutely no sense. But now that they’ve taken away my COLESLAW! I have to draw the line. Now your messin with the food I like to eat and one of the main reasons I came to Chick-fil-a in the first place. I think there’s a KFC nearby and last time I was there they still creamy coleslaw.

This evening was my first trip to a Chick-Fil-A. Ever. I’ve held a grudge ever since they were vocal in a popular political issue. That aside, I thought we would give them a try. The store was clean and the menus were nicely laid out. The staff was helpful with our first time ordering and the food came out a bit quickly. We had ordered chicken nuggets which were made with real chicken, however, I didn’t expect them to be as tiny as they were. When I went to ask if I could order a set of 4 more, they brought them to our table at no charge. All and all, it was quite uneventful but it was nicer than any other fast food option(we don’t typically eat fast food at all) and I felt good about what I had eaten, as opposed to that typical fast food guilt you get after eating at Greasy-Food-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named. Between the good(and real!) food and kind staff, I would say this place is worth a stop.

What’s not to like! We come here often, but recently, we stopped in for a late lunch with the kids. Though the food is top notch, we are most impressed by the consistently high level of service. This last time, I was with my two kids, aged 5 and 1. I was carrying my 1-year-old in the car seat and having a hard time trying to figure out how to carry all the food, when the cashier kindly offered to carry out tray to the table for us. I was so thankful. After that, she actually checked on us at our seats and brought back a drink refill! This is unheard of at all other fast food chains. To top it all off, the chicken is excellent and the lemonade is the best! We’ll be back soon!

I’m a gig fan of chick Fil a and this location is my favorite — this restaurant is the nicest chick Fil a I’ve ever been to. The people are awesome as well! Definitely gotta get a chicken sandwich at this chick Fil a!

Some of the nicest employees anywhere. Very helpful, friendly, great for the family. Fresh flowers on the table. Unexpected details for a fast food restaurant.

*Giant* grilled chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwich. Fantastic coffee. Kids laughing. Instrumental Christian music. Homework at a powered table. Free wi-fi. Ultra friendly and effective service. All for $ 5.50. It was *my* pleasure!

This is cheap fast food-except they lie & claim to better than fast food. Look up the ingredients… seriously google it now… It is the same chemical concoction, high fructose corn syrup-laden junk food that is at McDonalds.

So my wife and I went here for the first time about a month ago, and I have to say that I’m a big fan! I had heard of them for years, always walking by without going in – thinking, naw, I’ll have a burger instead. Well, I stand corrected. The chicken sandwiches here are amazing! Thick, juicy, and full of flavor. I had the spicy chicken which was just the perfect amount of zing. My wife had the regular seasoned one and she loved it too. We got fries and a shake to top it off. The shake was great… have to try to cookies n’ cream(actually pieces of Oreos inside)! The meal was satisfying and filling — without the«gut ache» that can sometimes accompany a quicker meal like that. The atmosphere inside this location was really nice. It didn’t feel like a regular fast food joint. Good colors, comfortable seating, with food being served to you at your table. Check it out… give it a try. I’m pretty sure you’ll be happy with your choice.

This restaurant is well organized and clean the wait staff is polite. I also love how they cater to kids with small cups of Cheerios by the condiments section. I only have one gripe about this location that has nothing to do with the restaurant for the workers. I’m just not sure why parents take their kids to play for long periods of time, and don’t even watch them. There is a small play area for the kids and it is a madhouse at least it was when I went. That is to be expected but I was just surprised that very few parents were in there watching their children. There was such a difference in the age group that some of the kids were actually physically fighting, while some kids were basically crawling around. That part alone irritated me enough that I doubt I’ll come back with my daughter.

I’ve been putting off Chick-fil-A for a long time because … chicken sandwich? Who doesn’t make a great chicken sandwich? Finally went and Chick-fil-A makes a great chicken sandwich, but so does everyone else. However: Waffle fries. Second only to curly fries in my opinion(Arby’s!). These are large, coarse waffle-cut potatoes … man, they must go through a LOT of ketchup here because each piece can hold a teaspoon or so(hence the larger ketchup packages in the condiment section, I presume). However, also: Service. Man, these people are NICE. Smiling, pleasant, helpful, «can I get you a refill and take your tray» nice. Clean, clean, clean. Like, new restaurant clean. Not a big fan of the«May I have your first name» so they can call you by name when your order’s ready thing. Maybe if I were a Starbuck’s convert this wouldn’t grate, but … back off, you don’t need my name buddy. Hey, that’s just me. Prices are reasonable. Not dirt cheap, but the food is not your run-of-the-mill every penny’s been squeezed out of it fast food. So … go? Or grab a chicken sandwich(or nuggets, or strips) anyplace? Umm, I don’t see this as a destination spot. If you’re nearby it’s a perfectly fine option with some unique to the biz options and characteristics — if everyone can agree on the limited menu.

Giving this a four star for a fast food restaurant. I was out and about in Crystal Lake, decided to put my political views aside, and walk down memory lane by checking out the local Chick-fil-A. They had a Chick-fil-A location at my university that was frequented by many students as it was on campus. This location was clean, busy, but efficient during a lunch hour. Their chicken sandwich really can’t be beat, and their waffle fries are also delicious. I still do not understand why they put pickles on a chicken sandwich– but I just ask for them to be removed. All of the employees at this location were crazy happy and seemed like they were having a great time at work, so that was good. Overall, I would recommend Chick-fil-a, aside from all of their politics of course :)

Some of the best chicken sandwiches I have had anywhere, which is to be expected since that is their focus. But what was as good as the chicken was the customer service… very quick, polite and eager to lease! I’ll be back!

You go here for chicken — and the chicken is great. Whether it’s a chicken sandwich, the nuggets or strips, they make very good chicken with a huge variety of sauces. The service is outstanding! They train their people very well. Friendly, polite service — always. Here’s the surprise: Breakfast. They have great breakfast food. It’s a little known secret that breakfast is their best food. Try the non-spicy chicken breakfast burrito with roasted veggies in it. The biscuit sandwiches start with biscuits that made fresh every morning. The hash browns are like a box full of mini McDonalds hash browns. Probably not good for you, but they taste good. Finally, while lunch and dinner are a little pricy, breakfast is kinda a bargain. Give it a try for something different in the morning.

I had to go. Im sure everyone has too. It is Southern. They have fried chicken. They have sweet tea. I recommend both. «Gimme a fried chicken sandwich with extra pickles, mayo and a side of poly sauce… but hold the religious jargon»

One of the best fast food joints. The chicken is delicious. The chicken nuggets or strips in the kids meals put those«other» fast food places to shame with their spongey wanna-be nuggets. My favorite is a #1 — just the original chicken sandwich, awesome waffle fries and their fresh lemonade. Yum, Yum, Yum! Don’t forget to ask for some Chick-fil-a sauce too!!! Service was great and quick — even on a busy Saturday afternoon.

So clean! Employees are very pleasant. Food isn’t bad either. I actually prefer their chicken sandwich to any other fast food chicken sandwich. My little half-pints love the fries and they have the best and most random dipping sauce flavors. They are really dippable The employees are seriously the nicest people I’ve ever met. I would never ever be able to work there. I couldn’t hack being nice to people for hours and hours. Heck, I can’t hack it for minutes and minutes. :) I wouldn’t let my kids play in a «fun zone» if it were the last«fun zone» on earth, but it looked like the kids, who have nicer mommies, were having fun and spreading their germs at will. I will add that a few years ago, while on vacation in Disney World, we found ourselves at the Orlando Chick-fil-A at around closing time. They were cleaning the fun zone while we were there. My hubby and I chatted the guy up and he said that he had been cleaning Orlando area«fun zones» at fast food restaurants for many years and Chick-fil-A had a reputation for being the cleanest because they clean theirs several times a day instead of several times a week or month *gag*. Just an FYI.

Really good food for Fast food(even better than Culvers). Their chicken sandwich was so tender & flavorful. This was my 1st time at any Chick-fil-A, and it was packed. But the staff was still pleasant in greeting all those customers & they were able to patiently help me understand their menu choices & their ordering process. They even had staff members walking through the dining area, asking if anyone wanted refills. I’m coming back again.
