I needed my computer battery fixed and they were able to get next day delivery on the battery and get my computer fixed in less than 24 hours! They were extremely friendly and fast. Unfortunately, the battery problem wasn’t fixed but I think that is more of a Lenovo problem.

I drove past CSI and stopped in to see if they sell refurbished laptops and wound up purchasing a brand new Lenovo. They are super knowledgeable, super friendly, and have computers built for business people at a great price. I love the fact that my new laptop did not come preloaded with a bunch of 3rd party trial software.
