Cut N Cuddle

We always take our little Elvie here for her 3 month cut. Much cheaper than anything Petsmart would do, and the quality is just the same if not better :) Only wish we knew about the place sooner because of how over priced it is for a grooming at the chain corporate pet stores.

I used to take my Shih Tzu here for a few years. Everything went well. I would take her in every month to get her her «puppy cut». One month I had gotten her back and she was acting very funny. Her stomach was tight, her nose was dry, and her tongue was white. We took her to the vet, they gave her some meds, nothing worked. We took her back in and they kept asking if she had been near any rat poising or had been dropped. She hadn’t, we ended up having to take her to a vet in Vernon Hills that’s for more serious injuries. After $ 5,000 in medical bills, a ruptured spleen, and a torn diaphragm and thinking my poor baby was dead, I will never go back to cut and cuddle again. We called to tell them about what they had done to my poor puppy and they had pretended they didn’t know who the dog was after we had been taking her there every month for a few years.
