I went into this Gamestop recently to do some trade ins and purchase a few games for my children. They had one representative on the floor and one behind the register. I first went to the gentleman behind the register to do my trade ins, Asked a couple of questions about what i planned on purchasing and he gave me one word answers as if he could care less of my business. I assumed maybe he was having a bad day and went to talk to the guy on the floor. His attitude was the same! One word answers, no emotion, no eye contact what so ever. I made a comment around the lines of «is there another gamestop in the area who woudn’t mind helping us out?» His repsonse was you can go to the one up the street across from the walmart. Terrible customer service at this location.

Love going here after eating at one of the many nearby restaurants. One strange thing is they are always hounding you to «pre-order» video games. I don’t like doing this because I can never remember my pre-orders and forget to get them. The better deal is to buy used games, because then you have a 7 days to try them out and see if you like them. Game Stop does not take returns on new games, but they will«buy them back» from you for much less than they are worth if you sold yourself on Ebay or something.

I get pretty tired of my XBOX game real easily. So, I always go here to sell my games. Sometimes they offer really good money-back prices on them, but at times I get really little. So, I guess it depends on the game. If you have a whole stock in your garage, I would suggest just taking a stab at it and going here with them. Who knows you might end up with lots of cash.
