I love this office and Dr. Antolak! The ladies in the office are super sweet, the doctor is amazing at what he does! I have never been truly happy with any dentist but I’m definitely very happy with the service I receive from Liberty Dental! Would refer them to anyone who asks!

I have been a patient of Dr. Antolak’s at Liberty Dental for about 14 years. Even while I had moved out of town for about 4 years I kept coming back to Dr. Antolak’s office. My hygenist, Deb, does a great job and the staff are very good people. Since being under the care of Dr. Antolak & his staff I have gone from pure fear of the dentist to finding that following Dr. Antolak’s care, I can have good and healthy teeth & gums and a visit ti the dentist does not have to be something to fear.

Lets face it, dentists are only located in suburbs where people have dental coverage. So it’s no different in Crystal Lake and sure enough, this practice is just as big and impressive as the one across the street and down the street and everywhere else.
The problem is that this practice does NOT do regular cleaning when I needed it the most. They wanted me to set up appointments for «deep cleaning» which my insurance coverage is lacking and would cost me over $ 2,000 out of pocket. Really?! They didn’t care that I wanted a regular cleaning. They didn’t care that my dental coverage only pays for regular cleaning. I asked politely but aggressively for regular cleaning, but all they said was they must do deep cleaning first before they will do regular cleaning as I am a new patient.
So I will not come back again!!!
