Dr. Vemuri & his staff at the Crystsl Lake office that I attend are amazing. I feel as if they all go out of their way when I need them. Whether it’s been an insurance issue, or making an appointment, they have all been so helpful. Dr. Vemuri is a straight shooter & gets to the bottom of things right away. He doesn’t hold back & that’s what I love! Vemuri will even give you his personal email incase you need to contact him whenever! He has always responded right back to my emails & phone calls. He’s definitely been such a big help in my life. I also don’t want to forget Sarah the office manager, she is equally amazing! She has solved many insurance issues, & will always help me with whatever I may need. Same with Gina! I am a huge fan of Dr. Vemuri & his staff! Thanks for caring & being so helpful!

The counselor and Dr at Mathers Clinic have helped me tremendously, are very caring. I left a Dr because she acted like she didn’t care when I was in the middle of a crisis and when I switched to Mathers clinic I felt like they truly cared and have been there for me constantly. The Dr even gave me her email in case I needed to directly reach her without having to call the front desk and she always responded very quickly to me. I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of a new Dr or that has one that doesn’t seem to care.

I had something going on that I was unable to handle alone. I went to one doctor (not Mathers Clinic) and they made me feel even worse. I found Dr. Vemuri and after my first visit he diagnosed me and knew exactly what I needed to do to come back to having a mentally healthy life style. He took care of any issues I had every time I called and would even contact me quickly in between patients which always was a relief… especially with OCD. I have to say he was absolutely amazing and I would and do recommend him to anybody I know needing help.

This place does NOT care about counseling it’s patients in any way. Their only concern is collecting their money every week for the rest of their patient’s lives. They should remove the word «counseling» from their name altogether. They basically told me that I could «not be involved» in my family member’s care there. They have no bedside manner whatsoever and it’s clear to me that they are strictly a «business» with the sole intent of making money. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who needs mental health care. ESPECIALLY if that person wants their friends/​family members involved in their recovery. Thumbs down Mathers. By the way, good luck even getting a hold of someone on the phone here, I’ve called a grand total of 5 times, and 3 of those times I waited on hold for over 10 minutes just to get hung up on.
