This evening I had a lovely dining experience in the parking lot of this fine establishment. Tonight’s menu included a regular hamburger, a medium Sprite, and the new, highly anticipated mozzarella sticks. The hamburger was hot and had all the classic flavors I have come to know and love. The Sprite had the perfect ice to soda ration and thus achieved ideal temperature. I was most excited to try the mozzarella sticks so here is what I thought of them: overall, the flavors of both the breading on the sticks as well as the marinara(red) sauce were spot on. My only complaint is that they could have been a bit hotter and the mozzarella inside was consequently not very melty/stretchy. As a whole though, the dining experience was quite good. 4⁄5 stars.

Same McDonald’s food you can get anywhere, unfortunately, this location has that new hipster dining room. Huge table in the center, pub style tables, a couch, and too few small tables at a normal height for a normal person like myself to sit at. The only place open for me to sit was the couch which was horribly uncomfortable having to constantly bend forward to the sofa table to reach for food and dips. The whole interior feels like a hipster funeral parlor.

Cold fries. long wait for a burger. dirty bathrooms today. Dining room looked like hell. No lemon for the ice tea. no barbecue sauce on the condiment bar. good staff– friendly. not the best mcDonalds I’ve ever been to.

What an outrage! After a night out with my friends, we decided to stop at McDonalds to have a bite to eat and talk. We got there about 9PM and the restaurant was virtually empty. Only two other people. We purchased a bunch of food, and probably spent about $ 50. At about 9:45(15 minutes before close) an employee notified us they would be closing soon. We had no problem with this as we were just finishing up. At 9:57 two people walked in, ordered sodas and sat down. I noticed they didn’t get any sort of warning. At 9:58 as we congregated by the door he told us we had to leave. I informed him we still had two more minutes, because our ride was not there yet. At 9:59 the employee told us we needed to leave. we listened and went outside. Only to have him lock the door behind us to force us to stand in the cold. Not a big deal, right, they wanted everyone out by close? The interesting part was when I realized that the people that walked in two minutes before were the employees friends which he allowed to stay in the restaurant after he kicked us out. He also allowed two other people who had been sitting in a corner booth stay until after 10:05. I can’t believe that he would discriminate against us like that. It was only five minutes, we weren’t bothering them and we assured them our ride was coming. I plan on calling the manager tomorrow as well as corporate to complain about this. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I’m an unhappy customer, to say the least.

Decided to try and beat the drive-thru line since all I wanted was a bottled water. Talk about understaffed — there was 1 person in the food prep area, 1 person manning the drive-thru window, and 2 people in a back area doing something(stock?) near a door. No.one.else. It took several minutes of standing at the register, money ready, to even be acknowledged. Sigh. I guess that’s what I get for forgoing the drive-thru after the dinner rush.

I gave it one star as the food is typical McDonald’s fare. I will not be eating here again after running into a problem with their Happy Meal on three separate occasions. We would see the poster for the cool toy in the Happy Meal and when we got the happy meal, it would be a left over toy from 2 – 3 years back. NEVER the toy that was clearly advertised. The 3rd time it happened, I actually went into the store, pointed to the Happy Meal Toy Display and asked WHY did I not get one of these clearly advertised toys? My daughter had just endured a painful doctors appointment and the the toy she got was some red plastic ball thing that was truly disappointing. They shrugged, didn’t give me an answer and offered me another toy that was equally crappy and NOT what was advertised in the display and the posters on the windows. I pointed to the display and said, I want one of these. They admitted that they didn’t even have them in stock. Clearly a bait and switch. Shame on me for falling for it 3 times. I now go to the McDonald’s on HWY14. The Happy Meal toy has ALWAYS been the one on display and it comes in the little lunch box… not a cheap paper sack like McDonald’s on 31.

Everyone knows that McD’s has the best fries. But add $ 1 any size pop to it and I stop here a lot more than I should.
