We shopped around and stopped at Sleepy’s along the way. When we first walked in there was only one representative there and he was working with another customer. They had a great selection from top of the line to mid tier, but their prices were very high. The representative at the store didn’t offer assistance until we were walking out the door, due to working with another customer. The store has a corporate atmosphere much like a large car dealership. We found a good mattress at a very fair price at American Mattress across the street.

We came in expecting to get a mattress for a certain price point. The options at the price we wanted were of very low quality, but the salesperson – Awab – gave us a great deal on a high-​quality mattress. Being above out initial willingness to pay, we negotiated assertively to make this high quality purchase a good bargain. Awab worked with the manager to give us a great deal on the mattress, box spring, shipping and tax to fit within our recalibrated price point. Awab was a pleasure to work with!

We worked with Wayne. We went in to buy a full set mattress for our toddler and his first bed and walked out with a great deal and great experience. He was very informative, professional, and friendly. Definitely would recommend Wayne and Sleepy’s to others.

Talk about service! We drove up to Crystal Lake to look at mattresses and were lucky enough to get Nolan Domagata as our sales person. He listened to what we needed and wanted, took time to show us mattresses in our price range, and explained the difference. We liked the fact that although there was a large selection of mattresses he didn’t expect us to try out every one. He took us to the ones that fit our needs.
Then he set us up with pillows that are AMAZING! My chiropractor has been trying to get me to sleep on my back for six months. Nolan suggests a pillow that is designed for this purpose, and has some kind of wicking system that keeps the pillow cool– wallah! I am now sleeping through the night on my back.
You have to love a sales guy who bends over backwards to get you what you need. We had some delivery issues because of our schedules. He got on the phone and took care of things for us. Again, great service.
