I just recently stopped by here after passing by many times and I was glad I did. The staff was super nice and put up with me trying a bunch of flavors and being indecisive. They stock a lot of very good juices and it’s hard to pick from all of them because they’re all very good.
They’ve also got e-​hookahs and snacks there if you want to hang there for a bit while you’re bar hopping from Duke’s to Labemis.
The owner is great and was very inviting. I’ll definitely be back.

Good juice ! Nice shop in downtown crystal lake. They house juice is great, watermelon and lemon cake and they carry mothers milk and are friendly

Wrote this same review on Google to help spread the word… Called this vape shop before ever visiting to inquire about a item they had and never got an answer. always said something like sorry we missed you we are on the other line or closed… oh well it happens. so I stopped in and had awesome service, and bought an eleaf 100watt. Well it had a problem and exchanged it for a sigelei 150tc. AND it also had an issue… so I called less then ten times in a two day span and not one time did they answer. same thing as before other line. closed etc. I OF course assumed they never got my call BECAUSE it said they where always on the other line!!! EVERY TIME I called. So yet again I come in since that’s how you ask this shop questions… well the lady working there explained she wasn’t allowed to help me cause I called so much it alarmed the owner, And pulled out the vape shops company phone and claimed I apparently called over 20 time in FIFTEEN minutes!!! So I bust out my phone and said lets check the call logs… mind you this is in front of other people laughing at me like I’m a crazy person calling non stop… and then she puts that same phone down below the counter and said well that’s what the owner said I don’t have access to the company phone!!! WHAT!!! Then sits there as other friends of the company or very close customers that this shop isn’t respondable for problems with my brand new $ 115 mod!!! Horrible shop!!! Even if they weren’t responsible you don’t treat people like this! oh and there are only three employees including the owner so maybe the third is ok but the lady who helped me and the owner are the worst. CRIMINALS }

I recently visited the store to buy a new tank because mine had broke. I’ve been in a few of these places and they are full of unhelpful kids so I was understandably skeptical. This place proved me wrong. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Greets you at the door and takes a personal interest in what works best for your personal needs. It began as a buy and run which ended up being about hour long stay, trying different flavors of liquid and learning things that could make my vaping experience all the better. They didn’t even have the size tank I wanted in stock but after I explained my situation he decided to give me the mega tank for the same price and even offered to order a replacement piece for my broken tank. I even decided to try the Mothers Milk liquid which at first mention (and taste) I was sort of turned off of, but it grew on me and a day later I already want to buy another bottle. Overall it was a great experience from the quality of the items in store, all the way to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Definitely warrants 5 stars.

Very clean welcoming atmosphere. A wide variety of flavors to choose from. Huge fan of mint and to my surprise had over a half dozen to test. Highly recommend as this is a great new addition to downtown Crystal Lake.

Very friendly staff, LOWEST prices on all accessories and juices in Crystal Lake! Awesome atmosphere with lounge to just relax and vape with friends. Great and safe idea for people who are looking for a safe way to quit smoking…
