Watchman Inspection

My first experience with Don, was through email and phone calls setting up an appointment. Don was very polite and explained how the process would work. His communication to begin with was excellent.
On the day of inspection, we had an 11:30 appt. Don called me at 11am, letting me know he was on his way and arrived at 11:25. Plus points for punctuality! I then got to spend the next four hours with Don, going through my house, identifying trouble spots that would need to be addressed prior to putting the house on the market. Don took pictures and provided me a detail report within 24hours of completion of the inspection. The report was 44 pages long! Don not only identifies the problems, but also gives advice on how to fix it, or who to call to have it fixed.
