I never eat at a Dairy Queen without looking at their health inspection report grade. It is a law that this is to be posted in clear view. Theirs was nowhere to be found. So I asked the manager to see it and her reply, «oh. that must’ve just fell off the wall.» Bad sign. Even worse was that she kept my mother and I waiting for nearly 10 minutes while she supposedly went and looked for it. She never came back. One employee was outwardly rude while I was waiting. Why? The rude employee plus the manager’s inability to locate their health inspection nor come back to let us know gives this place zero stars. I am disgusted.

Food was decent. Ice cream was good. However, it is raining outside, and there are at least two leaks in the dining area.

The employees were very helpful. We wanted to modify our shakes and they did!

Oh hey, this is a pretty big Dairy Queen as far as DQ standards go. They have the full menu of hot and cold items but I’m just here for the cherry dip. Since you can’t really screw that up(oh wait, they missed a side!) then there’s not much else to review.

March 13th2012, was the first time I was ever in this Dairy Queen. The young lady was very friendly, we laughed as I have a tendancy to joke slightly with people. I love to see people smile, lots of other grouches out there. :D I am wheelchair bound at this time due to amputation. Restrooms have proven to be a challenge. Not only was this Restroom easy to get into but it was large and most of all CLEAN… The management and staff deserve not only KUDOS but I would say a nice raise for all the effort they put into taking care of customers and being clean and friendly. it was a pleasure to get my blizzard and next time we are in the area we will stop by again. THANKYOUCRYSTALRIVERDAIRYQUEEN :D
