Dollar Tree

My family and I have visited this dollar store for years. Today when we visited (7.1.14) the employees were extremely rude. My child picked up a toy and an employee in the area said «Make sure she puts that back». At first I did not believe she was talking to me. Then, another family member wanted some hair clips and after an employee loosly told her where they were she said «Don’t make a mess over there». She asked to see a manager to complain about this behavior and was told that there was no manager on duty. As messy as that floor was, it was laughable that they were telling us to keep their store clean. The employees’ conduct was absolutely out-​of-​line. If a child cannot touch a toy, how is the child supposed to know if they want it? Don’t the employees realize that sales lead to them having jobs there? We will NEVER shop at this location again. The employees acted as if the customers were a bother to them… how dare they treat customers like this in this economy!

This is a really good Dollar store! They have a ton of party supplies (Cards, paperware, decorations, helium balloons, gift bags, toys, etc.), plus a freezer/​fridge section & everything you’d expect from a dollar store. They also have some name brand cleaners and toiletries and some things that are under $ 1. It’s pretty big, but check-​out isn’t always the smoothest. I’m still a fan.
