Ordered online and when it arrived it was not what I ordered. it was food I was allergic to. Called to talk to someone and waited 20 min to talk to someone and then when I did I was told we are closed. I informed them what had happened and was told, «are you sure we sent out the right stuff» BBQ sauce and Buffalo Sauce are very different. After a long conversation of me just saying I want my food. I was told fine ill make them be here at 1:00 am to pick them up.(I had placed the order at 10:56 pm). I said I am not heading out after being at work all day to pick up food at 1:00 am. I asked for the franchise owner and was told to contact another employee for dominos. I was told this was his cell phone(I was thinking company one) and I called expecting voicemail. Instead the person answered the phone and began to berate me verbally. Mostly are you serious? Do not worry about you being allergic we had no idea. To finally this has to be a joke. I informed the person I did not know it was his personal cell phone and he continued berating me. I said well you did not have to pick up the phone. This is an experience I have never had before. I worked all day today and was hungry wanted to eat and go to bed. I left with the impression of you get what we send you and then dont call to let us know it is wrong. Beware
