Stroll on in for a haircut. But don’t expect it to be speedy. While the staff is very friendly and personable, it would seem this Great Clips has a difficult time with staffing. They also don’t add notes to the franchise wide database about things like razor preference, length preference, etc. While those things in and of themselves are not cause for great alarm, combined with the wait and the skill level of some of the stylists this locations rating of three stars feels almost over kill. However, for the non discerning client(a child, perhaps) this location would be more than adequate for the price and convenience. Pros: Walk-ins great for last minute hair cuts, inexpensive, 30 minutes or less, friendly. Cons: Under experienced stylists, peak times can result in significantly longer wait time, lack of consistency.

No. No no no no no. I asked for a trim with layers, specifically noting that I work in a very conservative industry and need to look professional. I got fifteen year old emo kid. Didn’t even trim the dry/split ends. I promise you, no decent salon professional would allow someone to leave looking the way I do. I didn’t put up a stink about it because I just wanted to leave, so I can’t speak to any problem solving. And then she asked when my baby is coming out. I’m an overweight girl, but I by no means look pregnant. Worst. Haircut. Ever.
