Stolen computer!
Computer was brought to Logic Systems before Memorial Day 2014. They said it would take 3 – 4 days for it to be ready because they needed to order a special part for the computer. Then they extended that because they couldn’t receive mail over the holiday weekend. Then they said it would be even longer until it was ready because their shop had flooded and they were busy working on insurance claims. They said that the computer would be delivered but it never came. We offered to pick it up but they said that they only do delivery from their warehouse. Since then they have closed their store front, have disconnected the phone lines, and have taken down their website. It is now August. Still no computer. We are now working on tracking down JASON FULLER the owner of Logic Systems.

My buddy had a laptop that he was trying to get fixed (reload Windows XP on a Gateway older laptop). Despite all my best efforts, we couldn’t get XP to recognize the SATA drive. We drove over to Logic Systems on a later Saturday afternoon.
After a bit of discussion, they sorted out two problems: 1-​hard drive problem and 2-​to get around the XP load issue, use Vista (we had both an XP and Vista licenses).
After about an hour of testing/​checking — it worked (hard drive tested/​replaced and can load Vista without any problems). My buddy was ecstatic (it’s a laptop for his kids to use). Vista ran VERY well (quite snappy :)).

ZERO charge for all the labor and testing they did. This place is AMAZING. Honestly — i offered payment for their time and they refused — diagnostics are free, just like the sign out front say. This is a business to support; they are fantastic.
