My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the store. There were crumbs all over the floor, the food prep counters had lots of food leftovers on them, the floors were sticky and the bench in the entryway was grimey and sticky. I did not see the person taking my order and handling my money wash his hands before going into the fridge to pull out more ingredients. The pizzas we received were fresh and tasted fine(that’s why I have it 2 stars), but based on what I saw, I will opt for a different location next time.

I wish I could give a zero. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never arrived. I called and was transferred around, talking to a total of 5 people. Everyone was stumped as to where my pizza was. I finally talked to a manager, Jenna, who was extremely rude. She said that they tried to call but I didn’t answer(I had my phone on me the whole time, and I have zero missed calls), and so if I wanted a pizza I’d have to come to the store and get it. I’m at home with three young children, so… no. That’s what delivery is for. I’ve ordered from this location for years but no longer. Jenna told me I could call later and talk to a different manager, but she wouldn’t give me the number for corporate customer service. Nice.

On 11÷24÷15 my spouse and I reached out to Pizza Hut after not utilizing their services for years. We thought we’d give them another try which turned into a HUGEMISTAKE! We originally phoned in our order through their customer service line but not until we had gone through our entire order, including all payment information, had they decided to inform us that the pizza’s would not be delivered for over 2 hours. We then decided to place our order with a physical location,(Off of Douglas Drive in Crystal, MN) and pick it up so we could get them in a reasonable time. HUGEMISTAKE #2! The gal who took the order was unpleasant to say the least. She indicated they ran out of the size pizza we were requesting which I found odd and asked if she could substitute it for something else at the same price. She was unwilling to make any accommodations and really could have cared less if we proceeded with our order. Against our better judgement, we placed the order. Upon pick up, I requested to speak with the person who I placed my order with so I could provide some feedback on my less than stellar experience. However, the person at the counter had said she had left for the day and said we could speak to her instead. Once she found out I wanted to file a complaint, she became very combative. She took our pizza’s back off the purchasing counter and told us to leave and that we wouldn’t be getting our pizza’s. Of course we couldn’t believe what we were hearing and asked to be provided with a number to a district manager which she also wouldn’t provide. I can understand why as explaining her behavior to that person would have been quite embarrassing for her. Being observant, we seen a listing of names and phone numbers hanging up on the wall and decided to contact Laurie who was listed as the district manager. Of course the gal running the purchase counter didn’t like that so she quickly took the list down and started making some calls of her own. My spouse and I left, called the number listed for the district manager and got a vioce mail that clearly indicated the person’s name and that they were a district manager for Pizza Hut. We left a message indicating what had occurred and requested a call back for resolution but a call was never returned. This was actually what I found most surprising of everything, someone who’s supposed to be encouraging business within the company at a high level, didn’t even have the professionalism to return our call. I called her back again a week later and left another message but to no surprise, that call was never returned either. Never in my life would I consider doing business again with this chain and I can clearly see why many of the locations have had to close their doors. Perhaps they should read their Unilocal reviews, they really couldn’t get any worse.

We placed an order at 4:20 today, after numerous calls to the Pizza Hut customer service line and numerous run arounds being transferred to a store that never answered the phone our pizza finally came at 6:58. 2 ½ hours after we ordered it AND the order wasn’t even correct! They had forgotten half of our food! This is definitely the worst experience we’ve had with a chain and we will not be ordering from this place again!

I have ordered from this location multiple times. It seems as though every other time, the service is bad. I ordered a pizza today at 6:30pm, they told me it would be an hour before it arrived. I call at 7:45pm to check on the status, and they told me that my time had changed to 9:06pm. It is safe to say that I will no longer be ordering from this location that seems to have very poor management.

March 24 at 9:24pm, my friend placed an order at the Pizza Hut 3600 N Douglas Dr Crystal, MN55422. He received confirmation that pizza would not be ready until 11:09pm. The pizza arrived at 11:55pm. The manager saw no issue with a monday order taking 2 ½ hours to be delivered and said the email confirm of 11:09 is an estimate. pizza was so. so. on arrival for heat. He does not see this as a customer service issue and stated he keeps less staff on mondays and this is general service estimate time. he sees no need to alter and was not willing to compensate in any way for my friend waiting 2 ½ hours after working a hard day to get hot food from a place less then a mile away. They are ridiculous and I now find other bad reviews online about this location. Pizza Hut may want to reconsider the management choices of this location. Since no compensation received or understanding, we will patronizing other pizza delivery companies in town and use those options.
