I started frequenting this place when my family moved to Cuba in the eighties and I wasn’t even 10 years old. Yes — 10 year olds build things. Majestic tree houses. Our parents fixed real things.
When I think of customer service being great — this place is at the top of my lifetime list. The next runner up isn’t even close.
Over time I’ve moved a bunch. That said when I visit a store (any kind) I compare my service to Gallmanns. Nobody has come close to matching this place. What I learned here has carried forward in my career decades later. 10 stars.
