Service quality sucks. I stood there waiting for someone to come out from the back, I’m not a person to ring a bell even if they had one. Because I feel rude even though that’s it’s purpose. However I got so impatient I looked for one but there wasn’t one. Finally someone came out and took my order and she looked miserable to be at work. After I got my food I sat and ate and seen 2 customers leave after waiting for someone to come out from the back.

Still the number one place as far as I’m concerned for a made to order turkey corn dog. The batter is simply something that had to be tried. Plus fresh lemonade and French Fries. Homer Simpson would be proud!

Come here a lot with my daughter for the dog bites and cheese stick. First time needed a refill, ******OH $ 2.11 for a refill. ****** Hahaha! Gthoh over charge basically another drink. I think that’s ridiculous. .50cents is more reasonable. May think of other choices before coming back!

I use to LOVE hot dog on a stick! My favorite thing to get at the mall. Now, they changed the hot dogs to a different brand and they taste gross, and are super greasy! Not only that but the bread around the hot dog is still delicious but there was barely any! I was SO disappointed, even more disappointed because I’m pregnant and was craving hot dog on a stick soooooo bad!!! Ended up giving it to my husband he was hungry and well he will eat anything.(Now I get to smell nasty hot dog burps all night! Yayyyy, not!) French fries were good and the cherry lemonade was delicious like always!

Went to Hot Dog on a Stick for a quick bite. Got the turkey dog and a side of funnel cake sticks. The corn dog is decent and so are the funnel cake sticks. But it isn’t something I would say is extraordinary. I am comparing them to the corn dogs and funnel cake that you get at the ballparks/stadiums and the county fairs. There is no comparison in terms of quality and tastiness. But if you’re just grabbing a quick bite, I would say that Hot Dog on a Stick passes.

Food is good and fast. Yet Customer Service is not good. A few seem like they are having the worst days of their lives. Today I ask how much it would be to make a combo and she says«well are you going to buy it or not» so rude! The manager on duty is Brittney idk who helped me but customer service is a fail there. Sorry!

Such an oldie but goodie I say. I usually go here when I take my kids to the playground out the mall. It’s priced just right and you can get the lemonade with Splenda to make it a bit healthier. The portions are just right for the little ones to have after A long day of play.

The thing I like about Hot Dog On A Stick is the consistency, doesn’t matter which one you go to, you’ll get the same taste everytime. I always get the pepper jack cheese stick and a small lemonade, simple and tasty. Best lemonade on earth!

Still not sure how two(2) corn dogs and two(2) drinks cost over $ 18. Asked employee if the charge was correct and she claims it is correct. Menu board doesn’t really disclose pricing of meat hot dogs.

Super friendly girls this past week and fast service considering how busy it seemed they were. Fresh corn dog and funnel cake sticks.

Good corn dogs, stale service. Literally the bare minimum in customer service. Flat and veiled annoyed«Hello» and«What’s your name… It’ll be three minutes» to me and guests before and after me. I sat at tables nearby waiting for my food and observed the employees interact when no customers were in line. Laughing and joking around, but appeared annoyed when an elderly lady came up and asked them for napkins. The brunette gave the woman an arrogant glance and pointed at down to the opposite end of the counter. They kind of reminded me of «Mean Girls», but working at Hot Dog on a Stick. Really?

First off, the city is wrong for this particular Hot Dog on a Stick. It’s actually in Rancho Cucamonga, not Etiwanda. Maybe that’s a good thing because you don’t want to eat here. I gave it 2 stars because the location is nice and the lemonade was good as always, but that was about it. My gripe(and I usually don’t have any): the hot dog that I purchased was disgusting and when I asked the server for onions she said that they had been out for so long it didn’t look good anymore. So I said, «Okay, no big deal!» I ended up walking all the way across the food court to eat w/my friends. Took a bite out of my hot dog and was not pleased. Hot dog was overcooked and the bun was way too moist, but I still ate it because I was so effing hungry! I know… I could’ve gone back and asked for my money back or just ask for another hot dog, but I was effing hungry and didn’t have time to run back and complain. So I’m complaining on here. Anyways, I usually like HDOS, but my experience this time sucked!

3 American Cheese On A Stick and a large lemonade please. This place is by far my most favorite snack food ever. I am Hot Dog On A Stick’s #1 customer and was thrilled when they built a HDOS at the new mall. When that mall was just dirt and only on paper, I wrote HDOS and told them of the upscale shopping mall being built in Rancho Cucamonga. I was tired of going to Montclair Plaza to get my HDOS so I told them if they build one here it will have amazing sales. It was built and my dream was fulfilled. Thus, HDOS has a huge line all of the time while the other food shops have dwindling customers. HDOS Rocks!
