It’s high-​time I gave the proper recognition this place deserves. So grab a drink, it’s gonna take a while…
Nah just kidding. Allow me to break it down to ya using the AAA system. (AAA is patent pending… no wait it isn’t, go on and use it I don’t care)
Affordability: ?/​? I can’t quite tell you their pricing as it always sorta changes but generally they’ll offer you a deal depending on whether you go at it yourself, if you want all the bells and whistles, or if you simply wanna bring a workout buddy with cha. Again it’s free to try so you got nothing to lose just by showing up.
Appearance: ⁹⁄₁₀ My my I could just eat off the floor. Well not exactly but they excel on making sure all the equipment is nice and clean, that paper supplies and soap is constantly restocked and everything is in order. Maybe the only thing that needs fine tuning is some of the walls/​piping but rest assure, it probably has no effect on your workout so not to worry.
Attitude: ¹⁰⁄₁₀ This is where this place shines like an asteroid flying through the cosmos. Their stellar coaches, the very approachable front desk and even the big chief himself would be glad to meet your acquaintance. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t open your mouth simply to say something, it’s guaranteed they’ll approach ya in a friendly manner. (Although everyone does have a bad day and I’ve witnessed that first hand. *shrug* It happens!)
So there you have it ladies and gents, this gets the seal of approval from me. Now go go, move that booty and head on over here will ya?!

I come back to this gym just because I really enjoy Michael as a class instructor. He is not arrogant or obnoxious and he pushes you, but is aware of your capability so he adapts gradual progression because he doesn’t want you to get hurt. Ive missed out on other classes because I did not have that same experience with a different instructor. I came to this gym as a beginner and Michael respected that. It can be intimidating to start at a gym and then have some arrogant dudes making judgements about using the padding for knees during push-​ups or not wanting to lift the 25 lb kettle bell and opting out for the 15 lb (Jesse). I didnt find it funny. I almost never went back, but Michael provided an OPPOSITE experience and he’s awesome. Get more instructors like him.
Yesterday, one of the instructors and another member kept yelling out «Kim Kardashian» to one of the girls in my class. No one thought it was funny and I heard the woman looked annoyed. Maybe a suggestion might be that to help some of those instructors be a little more considerate.

One of the best gyms that I been to. Came here from another gym where I just felt like the usual person trying to lose weight. This place has totally changed me for sure. All the trainers are amazing. I love their Advance Athletics class. Jesus and his wife Adriana always make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this place.

When it comes down to trying to cancel your membership with this place I truly wish you the best of luck… In October 2014 I requested by email (as force 12 instructed) a cancellation of my membership, with more than a months advance notice. Come the end of the next month, they went on & charged my account anyway. I sent an email asking for my credit and received no response. I decided to call in & spoke to Adriana, who informed me she would mail me a refund. A few months & emails later still nothing. I called in, in early February 2015 & Adriana was less than helpful. She stated that they had never received any of my emails, at which point I assured her I had an email paper trail. I find that funny since they received my original cancellation email! She then went on to say that they normally don’t issue credits but said that she would. I proceeded to ask her how is it that they don’t issue credits when they unjustly charge an account when more than plenty of notice has been given? She then very rudely responded «Well I said I would issue you a credit didn’t I? I didn’t understand the need for her hostility but that is beyond me.
Here we are now in March of 2015, I just sent yet another email last week & this time directly through their website & I still have no response and no credit…
Again, good luck when it comes to cancelling, this establishment will not make it easy experience for you.

The best cross fit in town!!! Also the cheapest in town or I think any where. All the trainers are very attentive and friendly. Initially I had joined thinking I would be here for a couple months and then leave, but nope been here for over a year. Not to mention the amazing results I’ve gotten from here. Back then girls didn’t want me but ever since I’ve joined force 12, they’re all on me. Not like your typical gym. There’s always a different work out program every day making it easy to stay committed. Guaranteed to never be a boring day. Know exactly your body composition with their monthly body assesments. Based on your goals you can get personalized meal plans. Definitely the best gym of its kind any where out there. Would recommend to any one that wants to see fast results and live a healthy lifestyle.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The place is ways clean. Always organized. The staff is amazing. The owners are amazing. The trainers are amazing .
It’s not your typical gym /​cross fit wear house. It’s cozy, it feels comfortable. It’s all about YOU! This place is a must try. And when you are here, you are family.

This place is really nice, clean and modern. Jesus who is the owner is an ex marine and he’s run a lot of marathons and is a really great guy and teacher. If you’re looking to get in shape or if you want to lose weight this is the only place that you need to go to it’s clean it’s fun and great instructors and the hours fit everyone’s schedule.

I originally chose Myforce12 because it is really close to my home so it created one less excuse not to go to workout. However, now that I have been here for about a 4 months now, it has won me over in many ways.
Throughout the years I have been a member of a couple of gyms and none of them have been as reliable and enjoyable as MyForce12. First of all, this is not your regular 24 hour fitness or LA fitness were you have to wait in line for your favorite machine. Myforce12 has everything that you need at a gym and MORE! Such as boxing, crossfit, weight lifting training, running endurance training… well you guys get the picture
Last but not least the staff, Myforce12 has an amazing staff of trainers and the people in the front desk are awesome also. Jesus always keeps improving Myforce12 and makes my experience even more pleasant where I get to the point that I can push my limits even more.
If you are sick of corporate gyms and are looking for something professional, give MyForce12 a try! The membership may cost more than your average gym, but you get a lot of bang for your buck here.

I have been a member of this gym for a few years and have been fortunate enough to see the growth of this gym first hand. Through the growth and expansion Jesus and his team continue to make their clients goals a reality.
There is something for everyone here:
Bootcamp, crossfit type workouts, traditional strength training, boxing. The team of trainers here foster a family type environment and even host social events at the facility as well as group runs to local parks and trails.
The state of the art Body Composition Analysis that is done on sight really helps an individual track their progress and improvement on a much deeper level than just weight gain or loss.
And the cost? Very affordable. Significantly less than your typical CrossFit locations or your local gym with a personal trainer. Oh, did I mention that there is no limit to the number of classes that you can take? Still not sure? Then definitely take advantage of the free 3 day trial pass.

Management has added 3 new Advance Crossfit hour long classes from: 630pm to 8:30pm with Fernando along with the regular classes.
My Strength & Conditioning has improved so much… The trainers don’t yell at you like a drill Sargent. They Encourage & Help with a little push.
Force12 is so much fun compared to going to the gym. At the end of the class your shirt will be wet, thats a promise. There is a few people that double-​up classes back to back.
They also allow people to work out on their own, as long you don’t disturb the class.
The pricing compared to the surrounding Crossfit gym doesn’t compare to FORCE12, there is a special til the end of summer for $ 99 a month unlimited use. You can not beat it…
I would take advantage of the 3 day free trail, it’s a must!!!

The trainers are outstanding and everyone makes you feel welcomed! You won’t get this at a gym!

Been coming to Force 12 since Dec 2012 and I couldn’t be happier. I was working out on my own and thought I was doing pretty good, but then I can to the 3 day trial period and fell in love.
The gym continues to grow and get more and more equipment. The classes can sometimes get a little chaotic especially the 6:30 pm one since so many people get out of work and want to get their pump on, but it all works out.
Unless I have to move then this is going to be my gym for a cool minute!
PS: Don’t expect to get yelled at. You have to push yourself to get the results you are looking for, so always give it 110%!!!

I have worked out a few times at Force12 and have loved the experience. The group it competitive and at once supportive. The place is well equipped and staff seems to have stron expertise in the fitness and training subject area. It’s a great quality alternative to having a personal trainer.
