They’re friendly, but their prices are high and they have bad hours.
M-​F 8ish to 5ish makes it hard for those of us that work «normal» hours to get here.
I had a good experience getting a key made for an old lock a couple years back for $ 10-​$ 12 for 2 keys.
I had a bad experience where they wanted $ 18-​$ 20 to get the same thing done recently. It was cheaper to order a new lock from the manufacturer than to have them make a couple keys. The code was on the lock, how hard can it be?
If the prices were still reasonable, I guess they’re OK, but since they’re sky high now my best advice is to go elsewhere.
