Not too sure what everyone’s talking about, I’ve never encountered these employees & I come here often. I prefer this location over any of the nearby ones because it’s so busy all the time so you know they’re making fresh food. I walked in tonight at 9& was offered to wait a little for fresh made fried rice & was given great portions. The employees were friendly & the place was clean. That’s all I can ask for.

The only reason I go to any Panda would be when I crave their orange chicken. I just love the crispiness of it. Unfortunately, lately this Panda’s orange chicken hasn’t been as crispy, it’s quite soggy to be honest with you. The flavor is still good just the texture of it is different. Customer service is not the greatest but the keep the facility clean.

Horrible place an employee named Dayani was so rude because i wanted to wait for Fresh Honey Walnut Shrimp because it looked mushy. Hated this experience all the way.

I was passing by the area with my wife and 1 ½ year old daughter. Purchased a couple meals but the food was far from acceptable. On my dish I ordered orange chicken, compound chicken, fried rice and chow main. As I was eating I discovered a piece of meat cooked as if it was orange chicken and on my compound chicken there were small pebble looking black balls that were hard to the taste and nasty. I went to the counter and asked what was the matter with my food… One of the employees said it was the chef’s fault stating that was residue from a burned pan. Long story short the manager, some older Hispanic lady starts speaking to me very rudely insulting me in front of all the customers. We had a very heated argument relating the bad food I got. The so called mediocre of a manager asked me why I waited until my food was almost done to complain as if I’m a thief or in look of a free meal. ** how am I supposed to find the irregularities in the food if it’s not by eating the food I answered. Right then and there I called the corporate office and made a complaint! Never going back there in my life…

I work full time and go to school full time. I usually get out around 8:45pm starving. I’ve came to Panda about 5 times arriving at 9pm or so on days that they open till 10 – 10:30pm in the last month. I eat little to no carbs so I always substitute chow mien & rice for veggies. EVERYTIME I get there they have no veggies and very limited choices. I ask if I could wait for the veggies and they deny my request. Is there a limited amount of veggies? Because I see boxes full in that fridge. I mean why stay open till 10 – 10:30 if there is no choices of the regular menu? Just close earlier if your not going to provide the full Panda Experience. I end up walking out every time. No veggies, we have a problem. My advice Don’t go late, because the employees are ready to clock out 1 hour early.

I love panda express… always come to this location no problems untill. today this chubby light skin woman maybe she is new and dont know what shes doing or she just hate her job… she was trying to over charge my boyfriend to get a bowl he didnt ask for no fucking bowl she was just been a bitch i told her sorry for his reaction for speaking his mind why he couldnt get the same second item … i told her if this is new to get the same second item you need to get a bowl she didnt respond back. and her manager she was there she look hispanic n young and dark skin she was just there staring at me if she wanted to say something i was just there waiting for her to say something to me. just saying these bitches are rude … be more polite to your costumer your making panda express bad service…(smh)

Resturaunt is clean and friendly but the ran out of entrees at height of lunch hour. What I do have was good. Walnut shrimp and honey sesame chicken.

Unfortunately, this place has changed. Value for your dollar? Not anymore. Fact 1. They give you greedy food portions. You get a sliver of beef for every 5 vegetables in their entrees. Fact 2. The chowmein that used to be thick is now a freeze dried thin limp doughy mess. Fact 3. Panda has gone far down the ladder since Ming Tsai in Pasadena started the franchise. Fact 4. Turnover of Employees is significant. Fact 5. Inconsistent food portions. Ask them to weigh everything. Fortunately I gave this place one star because they accept American Express and the second star is because I was actually spoken to in english(thats a rarity nowadays). Fact 6. Its a little pricey for the subpar product. I figure they charge extra because they keep things clean but unfortunately. All the tables are sticky are dirty Corporate should take notes on what not to do.

I’ve been going to this panda express for several years now and I’ve always liked it here. I like stopping by to get a Starbucks and then some yummy orange chicken with chow mein. Every time that I go the staff is friendly and greets me as I walk in. I remember I once applied there and was very exited about it but I found a better job in Downey. My only problem is that these last times I go there has been this girl, Denise is her name, that has a horrible attitude. I know that maybe she’s not in the job that she wants to be, its okay that’s how I felt at my old job, but come on if you’re there might as well do it without giving costumers a face. Today I went and this older lady helped me out and got my food order perfectly, but when that one girl was gonna charge me she seemed more interested in her conversation with her coworker and then when she gave me my receipt she didn’t say anything. No thank you or nothing. But what was worst of all while she charged me she told her coworker that she felt like throwing up. Like really, don’t say that specially in front of a costumer and specially in a restaurant. I know for a fact that if I was in a bad mood I would have canceled my order and left. That’s disgusting!!! I wanted to give this place 5 stars but she completely messed you guys up. I really hope the managers or someone reads this and does something about it.

I grew up eating Panda Express’s orange chicken and chow mein, so I think it’s super tasty. I could eat here all the time. This location is close to my work, and it stays relatively busy, so the food is usually fresh. The only reason this location only gets three stars is because of service and operations. I started having early lunches with my mom here, and although they are supposed to be open at 10am, they usually aren’t. Or, if they are, they are still cleaning things up, putting out the chairs, etc. Plus, none of the food is ready until 10:20 or 10:30! I mean, what’s the point of being open, if you don’t have any food?!? They START cooking at 10:00. If that’s the case, then they should open at 10:30, so people don’t have to sit around waiting(there have been others there besides myself. I’ve even seen people walk away, so they’re losing business!). Bottom line is, if they’re going to open at 10:00, they should start cooking at 9:40. That way, when the doors are unlocked, they are truly ready for customers! Oh, and once I saw a girl(maybe a trainee) sitting on the drink counter. She actually MOVED the napkin dispenser so that she could make a space for herself! She scooted her butt all the way to the wall and had her legs and feet protruding from the counter. WTF is that??? I don’t want some girl’s butt on the counter! And I don’t want her shoes anywhere NEAR where I get my beverages. Management needs to regulate.
