Worst T-​Mobile store!!! They have around 6 employees there but you still have to wait around 30 minutes to get attended. The manager and it’s staff simply want to rip you off on the plans making you buy things you don’t need to rack your bill up. Went in there three times to change certain things on my plan and they said everything was fix when in reality they didn’t do anything, avoid this store by all means.

Damn, talk about killer service! So me and my sister come in like 10 mins before closing, I’m all thinking «damn these people are going to hate us cause we’re coming in right before closing,» low and behold I get some of the best service I have ever received at a T-​Mobile, mind you my family and I have been using T-​mobile for about 8 years! So we’re here and the manager on deck, Tony, is just like the coolest guy ever! He’s chatting it up with us, making jokes, and being super informative about products and what not! Then the Sales associate helping us out, Stephanie, was super chill and patient. Like I mean these two were PATIENT with us. We came in to exchange our phones for some new ones since we’re on the jump plan and they were having a killer deal and that’s not a process where you’re in and out in 5 mins. I would recommend this t-​mobile to everyone cause my experience was top notch! Not only that!!! But they bump the jams here and they close at 9! Keep up the great vibes!

Seriously this is the worse T-​mobile store. First of all, they always have about 5 sales associates behind the counter yet only 3 registers. Then you have some guy taking everyone’s name down, clearly for nothing.
Today I went to pay a payment and they wanted me to pay full amount and when I said I wanted to pay a different amount they said I had to pay the full amount because the account was not under my name. So they wanted me to pay the full amount and when I declined I couldn’t even pay the amount I wanted to. Seriously, this location needs to work on the organization skills because unlike the Huntington Park location they do have better service and their also fast. I asked to speak to the manager and some guy (I did not get his name) but his tag clearly said SALES ASSOCIATE and told me he was the manager. (What a joke.)
Next time I’ll be calling their corporate office. But I know for sure I’m not coming back to this location ever again. I’m also telling my friends and family not to come to this location.

Went in today to purchase a Galaxy S6 Edge for my wife and were offered some kind of «free bundle» promo Samsung was having on accessories. After reviewing my receipt not only did I find out that wasn’t true, but the free promo cost me an extra $ 130. Of course I got my refund back and let the sales rep have it as to why he had lied to me. All I heard were cricket’s no answer from the guy. His name is Arturo so if you come in to this location please avoid being helped by this guy.

Short staff, always a long wait. Reeeeeallly long.

A girl with some purple dye on her hair told me I wouldn’t qualify without running my credit. Also told me that even if I happen to qualify I would have to put $ 500 down and asked me if I even had that kind of money with me now. She seemed like she didn’t even want to help me out so I left.
I went to the T-​Mobile at Azalea Mall in South Gate and they were super friendly and answered all my questions. Walked out with an iPhone 6!

This is the worst store I was waiting for half hour 30 minutes and I ask them how long more they said 10 to 15 minutes and there was still a lady in front of me I just walk out it was going to take one hour to make a payment this store sucks.

Soo disappointed about this place. More with this guy Christian. He didn’t help me at all and giving his attitude. he speaks Spanish and acting like if he didn’t know. the paper I showed him clearly said what they were looking for but he act like if he didn’t see it or if it wasn’t there. then he gave it to this other dumb girl and she also said it wasn’t there smh… When I told him where was it written down on the paper I guess he felt stupid but instead of helping he told me to do it myself online when I was already there and they even told me when I bought the phones to take that paper to the store as soon as I received it smh. once they get what they want and there commission they don’t care about u anymore. I went to another T-​Mobile store in Pico Rivera to see if they help me there, and weren’t no arrogant ppl as these ones in cudahy they did help me there and did it for me there were nicer ppl there. will never go back to the cudahy store

The customer service was alright. The workers take to damn long for simple service. Avoid this place! Hire more workers if you cant handle the amount of customers!

According to staff here this is not a T-​mobile branded/​corporate store, BUT when you search via Tmobile.com’s Store Locator it is! It’s not listed as an authorized retailer.
It even has the Corporate logo out front! Smh!
All these stores should carry the same items at the same price. This one does not!
I came in for a Sim card and was getting charged 20.00. I was told by Tmobile Phone Support that its 10.00.
I went to other Tmobiles in the area and they sell them for 10.00.
The other stores were T-​Mobile branded stores just like this one.
Somethin is wrong here. I’ll find out!

If you need a replacement sim card, call Tmobile and they note your account and its free. If you need to activate service with an unlocked phone then you need just the sim which should be 10.00.

Well I recently switched over from Boost Mobile and I was paying 6000 pennies which equals to about 60 bucks if you’re on your currency game. I am ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ going on my switch to T-​Mobile. Sure they claim to have the best service but sometimes it actually does not give service. And the plan that I have is best for someone with WiFi due to the cheapest plan being 1 GB. I don’t like running around to every hotspot looking for WiFi. And plus I had unlimited data with Boost Mobile. But then again I decided maybe there was something out there that is better actually. Being as boost uses Sprints network apparently. Luckily now I have a home, actually, now I have a home with WiFi so thanks to that I’m pretty satisfied. As customer service goes, its pretty solid. Just be careful with one of the team members. He will change your last name to «Douchebag» when you call someone, and if you’re lucky like me, a potential employer with caller ID will see it and sort of somewhat be less inclined to hire you. I believe this is a newer location and since I recently switched over from ATT I was happy to know that I could come here whenever any problems arose. I would like to start off by saying that if you get a chance try and have Juan Ortiz help you out. He was very knowledgeable of the products and very patient.
One thing and probably the most important thing you need to know about this location is that there is always going to be an extensive wait (only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars). A trip to this location is going to take up an hour easily so please be aware of that.
All in all this is a great store and I’m happy that it is right down the street. Keep up the good work!

Impressive service bilingual Spanglish meeting and I was very happy with the prices straightforward no BS good air conditioning all of the Latin music coming through the speakers I felt it was an enjoyable customer service experience. Gracias to Stephanie.

¿Se Habla Español? Yes, they do actually! But they speak English pretty well too even though the sign on the building is in Spanish. This is a really nice T-​Mobile store. I came here when I upgraded to an Android and I love it! I used to have to drive all the way to Downey or go the South Gate location but now there’s this store just blocks away from home. It’s very clean, the employes and very attentive and they helped me find what I was looking for right away. No complaints here. Only thing I have to mention is the parking lot is a bit small and shared with conjoined businesses, so if there’s no parking, park at the Autozone next door or in the Superior market lot.
