This is by far the best Cracker Barrel experience we have ever had. When traveling it’s nice to have a place that serves great food and equally great service. Our server Judy was AMAZING!!! She knew what we needed before we even realized it. Our experience was unforgettable.

Stopped for a late dinner after being on the road 8 hours. I went in with low expectations but had a really nice meal. I had the haddock which was cooked perfectly, not greasy at all, and no heavy breading just a light sprinkle of cornmeal. It was surprisingly really good. I had sides of mashed potatoes, carrots and apples with corn muffins. All were good and service was great. It really was a pleasant break after a long day on the road.

This is one of the older Cracker Barrel restaurants in Alabama or possibly the southeast. Some of the Unilocal reviews complain about the store being laid out backwards. I don’t know what the«layout» has to do with the price of tomatoes; but the service and food are always excellent and the staff is very friendly. Not surprising since Cullman is one of the friendliest places in the world. I have NEVER been disappointed when I chose Cullman Cracker Barrel.

It was a Cracker Barrel as nice as any other but it’s kind of laid out backwards… it was very busy and hectic when we were there but they got the food out quickly so.

It blows my mind that every Old CB I’ve been to the food is always cold so is the temp in the dinning room.

Each store has it’s way of doing customer service. This store was needs to look at the table more frequently to achieve timely service.

Good, solid, country cooking. A staple restaurant in the South. I would suggest more training and better management of the wait staff, but overall, the food was really good and the restaurant is clean and charming.

This was my first time at a Cracker Barrel, and boy was I impressed! I loved the ambiance and even more so… the food! I had some raspberry lemonade and the chicken and dumplings! The dumplings were just like mom used to make them. I cannot WAIT to eat here again! The store had some amazing gift items and a wonderful array of body and skin care products.

Been there a few times. It’s a pretty good place to eat. My Girlfriend LOVES the meatloaf dinner; I really like the grilled lemon pepper fish. It’s kinda pricey but it’s worth it.

Country cooking… but not as good as homemade. We came here for a birthday celebration and and got constantly passed over for a table for groups the same size. We’d probably still be standing there waiting, but one of our people mentioned this to a manager and we were seated after only 10 minutes more… an hour wait, apparently Cracker Barrel has a new reservation system that nobody knows about. For biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs… it’s just not worth it.

Driving through Cullman on I-65, the Cracker Barrel is a great place to get your fill of country cooking. Be careful not to order too much fried food — Grandpa’s Breakfast with chicken fried chicken, gravy, hash browns and eggs will definitely satisfy. For something a little lighter, try the grilled chicken tenderloins or grilled chicken sandwich. The fried catfish is always reliable too. There’s definitely a reason they don’t publish the nutritional information — you don’t want to know!!!
