Firstly, this business is a drafting business. I don’t feel that I had any dealings with an architect.
I was planning an outdoor patio extension to my home. They claimed that using google earth a reasonable design could be simulated. I paid the project price and had the work done. The final product was unusable and took nothing into account with respect to the terrain topography or current structures. This was a waste of our time and my money. I hired a real landscape architect firm, paid twice what they charged, but they provided a usable solution.
