The customer service is awful. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes in one transaction. The guy did not give me a bag. When I asked for one he said you only get a bag when you purchase a purse. I said even though I just purchased 2 pairs of shoes and he said Yes. Now what non sense is that. All I asked for what as bag. So I waited there about 5 mins and lord and behold he puts a guy shoe in a bag. No he did not purchased a purse. But he got a bag. I will never shop here again. And to think I wanted to return to buy 2 more of sneakers that was just released. SMH

First let me start by stating I LOVE ALDO SHOES! Now that I have that out of the way, let me explain the 1 star rating… I ordered shoes from the website on July 28^th and had them shipped to the store because shipping is free if you send them to the store AND I live so close I can physically walk to the store. So Friday the 31^st, I begin checking the website to see if they shipped and to get a tracking number but the website said order processing. I was a lil concerned because when I ordered in the past, my order showed up in days. Monday Aug 3^rd comes and the website still says processing… now I’m a bit irritated but still I’m thinking anyday they will call me to come get my shoes. Then today arrives, ⁸⁄₆ I check the website and it still says processing, now I’m mad. I call and go thru all the automated prompts till I get a live person who then tells me both shoes have already been delivered, 1 pair on the 30^th, and 1 pair earlier this week, she then ask hasn’t the store called me. I explain that they haven’t which is why I was calling her in the first place. And I explain that the website has not been updated and shows my order had not even shipped. She tells me she can see who signed for them and thinks its strange that the store has not called me yet.
I then call the store and after the phone rang 13 times (I counted) the young man who answers tells me that my shoes are not there. (Now I’m furious), I explain that I spoke to customer service who assures me that regardless what the website says, both of my shoes have been signed for, 1 pair arrived 2 days after I placed the order, and the other pair arrived 2 days ago. He puts me on hold so he can check the store, and comes back to tell me he found 1 pair in the back but not the other and ask me to hold again. I told him to call me back, I explain that I have been waiting for this order and am bothered that he received half of my order last week and never called me and is having trouble finding the rest of my order. I give him my number and instruct him to call me back after he finds it. He offersNO apology for my frustration or inconvenience of having to call them to check on an order they should have been calling me to come pick up days ago, dry, response from him… ok I’ll call you back.
10 minutes later, he calls me back, I found them, again no apology for the delay in calling me, nothing. I tell him I will pick them up later today.
Moral of the story, given I love the shoes, I will continue to order from the website and have them shipped to my home because its not worth the frustration to deal with the poor customer service and having to wait longer than I should have for my order when half of the order arrived within record time, and the remainder of the order followed shortly thereafter. Now I’m wondering if I didn’t call how long would I have had to wait before someone from the store called me OR if they would have even noticed the shoes were paid for and put them on the shelves and sold them to the public.
Again for the record… ALDO SHOES, are by far my favorite shoe line!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. Wish I could give no stars. My boyfriend bought me a purse from Aldo as a present. He didn’t realize one of the straps was broken until I pointed it out to him. When I tried to return it the clerk refused to refund his money, stating that the purse was worn (because of the broken strap). We tried to explain it was a defective product, but she just brushed us off and pretended she had a phone call. Who does that?

Why do I go elsewhere first? I have no idea.
ALDO shoes are so comfortable. Yes, they can be pricey but they’re made really well so, to me, they’re worth it.
I have awful, wide flipper feet. They’re great for swimming.
Shoe shopping, not so much.
I searched the mall for black heeled booties yesterday to no avail.
There were plenty. Just painful. And then I spotted ALDO.
Oh yeahhh, I fit in their shoes ! I forgot how much I love this store.

I worked in 4 shoe stores back East back in the day. I pretty much worked for the shoes. I was a really good sales person.
The girls working here made me very happy.
Beatriz and another gal really seem to like their job, were extremely helpful, and very patient.
I tried on about 8 or 9 pairs in two sizes each.
Evidently, ALDO shoes run narrow. I don’t find that to be the case at all. Or maybe my feet are just shaped weird.
Regardless, I always seem to have luck and should just save myself time and aggravation and come here first from now on.
I bought two pair — $ 209. No sales. Full price.
Other shoes here were on sale but, oh well. Beggars can’t be choosers.
I left immensely happy with my service, experience at this nicely organized and clean ALDO, and mostly, my new shoes.
PS — Don’t walk out of the store with your new shoes on, scratch up the bottoms, and then expect to return your shoes. Always keep your receipt and box and only walk on your carpet (or clean indoor floor surface) until you’re positive they’re keepers. After reading someone’s one star review I had to just say– this is a common sense shoe shopping rule. No one wants to buy your worn shoes.

Great shoes, but I was actually able to snag a pair of really, really awesome sunglasses from here!

So one day I buy a pair of boots… The next there’s a 900 limo charge… between here and varga across the hall it’s anyone’s guess who… I’d stay away from both

Bought a pair of shoes after associates oogled over them and made me feel they were a smart decision (this is karma for being young and impressionable) eventhough I wanted a color they would have to order. We all decided it would be best for me to just get the brown instead of the white. I wore them out of the store and continued to wear them for about 6 hours as I gradually realized how uncomfortable they were.
I tried to return them literally 1 day later and no go. Manager was rude, the associates were unhelpful and they would not take them back.
I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.& I buy A LOT of shoes

I really like this ALDO location. I find that they always have a clean store, and that the people who work there are always helping you out. I do find that they are short on my size a lot of the time — but I do have a small shoe size. BUT, when they don’t have my size they search to find either a location that has it or help me place the online order to have it shipped to me.
One thing that was really great about this location, I bought a pair of boots. I have rather high arches, and I feel the boots squish my feet on the top… so they told me that they can stretch my boot on the top! SO awesome! So that’s what they did. IT was nice to see them go above and beyond the call of duty to help! =)
