American Vision Windows

If you need new windows or doors, or replacements, as I did because of Termite Dry Rot, believe me, you will not be disappointed by American Vision Windows.
My Projet Manager, Armen Hovakimyan, arrived at the appointed time, very professional and so kind. Armen took the time to listen, which is such a valuable tool, to my needs, answering my questions honestly and truthfully. Other companies suggested I just go ahead and get all new windows. But Armen inspected each and every window and door and only determined which should be replaced. Armen even asked me to coordinate a meeting with my Painters and himself, so the timing of the install would work well with their schedule.
Within 3 weeks I had new replacement windows and doors, which are fabulous, by the way.

Okay… so my last post resulted in a phone call from Cybil. She gave me the most sincere apology I may have ever heard. As so many things in life are, there was a misunderstanding between her and her assistant as both thought the other had reached out to me. She could not have been more gracious or apologetic for the mishap. She took full responsibility and was very concerned about me feeling slighted. Her follow-​up has made me a fan… even if they can’t do the custom windows on my home. Oh well… maybe in my next home!
