I love Five Guys. I’ve been a customer since I discovered them on the University of Pittsburgh campus 8 years ago after dropping my son at college. They have some of the best fries I’ve ever tasted and the best burgers I’ve eaten in any restaurant. I continue to eat there even though I no longer eat beef. I keep going back for the fries. That’s why today’s visit was disappointing. I stopped by for fries. My daughters ordered burgers. We decided to share a large order of fries, which is usually more than enough for three people. Usually, but not today. They really skimped on the fries. I’ve received more fries than this in the regular size fries. So disappointing! I would have given them a lower rating, but everything tastes so good, despite the skimpy fries. I usually leave stuffed. Today I leave wanting more.

For the price i expect it to be better than in-n-out and it is not.

What you would expect from a fast food joint in the mall. The service is great they cook everything fresh which I really like and are fast. I got the little bacon cheeseburger and my boy friend got the big bacon cheese burger, both delicious. We had the two burgers, a large fry and two drinks for $ 28. Definitely your place place if you are looking for a fast quality meal.

The burger was great and service was top! They Messed up on the grill temperature at first so it delayed my food — but they were nice about it.

I wasn’t convinced I would like this place, but I’ve got to admit — the burgers are so so good. Cooked to order, Hand made patties. The fries are ok. I like the plain ones not the Cajun spicy. Also will ask for well done, too raw & pasty for my taste. It is an upscale & up priced In N Out.

I had a pregnancy craving for a BBQ bacon cheeseburger! Decided to come here. They have very nice employees. Excellent service! Fresh food! My food was good but not melt in your mouth good. It wasn’t a burger that makes you say«OMG I want more!» Five Guys is definitely a basic burger that’s extremely over priced! But don’t get me wrong it wasn’t BAD! Just didn’t taste as good as all the hype makes it out to be.

The service sucks. The prices suck.(Way too expensive!!!) The burgers suck. I came here to compare it to in n out, doesn’t even come close! The quality is not on their level. Hey, thanks for the peanuts. You’re still getting one star.

Really great customer service!!! The cashier was patient and helpful in making sure the orders were right, the cooks were friendly and made sure the right persons got their food! The food itself: party was great, lettuce crisp, grilled mushrooms sweet, bbq sauce on point, buns good but a little too soft(mushy) and the fries were soooo good! Music: Classic Rock, loud but not so loud conversation isn’t possible. All in all great experience and burger joint! Also delivery of food was great and they do have online ordering just not delivery.

Been going to this Five Guys for a while. What made me write a review was how kind one of their employees were. Long story short, I asked for a side of regular sized fries, and noticed that the cashier rung me of for a size little. When my order was ready, I told the girl who called my number up my situation. Offered that I can pay the remaining balance to upgrade to a regular size. She let an employee named Jesús know and he told me not to worry, and he’ll just make me an extra side of fries to take home, on the house. Not only does it give their customer service a good name, but I appreciate kindness like this at all businesses.

I would hate to own a hamburger restaurant in California’s very loyal In & Out country. It would seem like an impossible task to match this style hamburger at the price In & Out offers. Five Guys proves my assumption correct! Five Guys is certainly as clean as any In & Out I’ve been to and that’s sort of where the comparison ends. From the very confusing menu; Large means gargantuan and small means large, and the more than twenty add-ons makes ordering a burger a real challenge. With so many add-ons(the works as they call it) the hamburger tends to get mushy and fall apart in your hands. Not a good thing. The fries are very good. I give it that. The loud 60’s /70’s rock n’ roll sound track playing is not deafening but certainly more than background music. All of this and the $ 20.00 price for two burgers and two fries(no drink) makes me wish I had chosen the much quieter, more consistent In & Out up the street at ½ the price.

Kept hearing how great the burgers are here. Decided to try it, it was good, but it’s hard to enjoy when there are peanut shells all over the floor and tables. Apparently all locations offer peanuts. I did have some of the peanuts, but I did not make a mess, just cause someone else will clean it up. The bacon cheeseburger was ok, good flavor, but not great, bun was plain. Fries were really good and it is the only time that I’ll complain about getting too may fries, if you like fries, they give you a lot, even if you get the small. I asked to dine on, but they give all orders in bags to go, the burger is wrapped in foil. I’m trying to be conscious of material I waste and this place should as well because they waste tooooooooo much… I hope some reads this and I hope they start to be aware and change for the better and waste less.

Nothing like a good five guys burgers and fries. Long as they serve hot off the Grill it’s always good. The fries are such a large order it’s hard to finish them by yourself. No doubt I will be back

Cheeseburger All The Way, Great burger awesome Cajun Fries, very simple order process, they have all you need to dress up your burger. Just remember when you order a Regular Burger has 2 patties so you have to order a Little Burger(why would you want to do that?) to get a single patty Burger :)

Free peanuts! The burgers are good and customizable. And to the never ending debate of five guys or in n out, I have to cast my vote for in-n-out. Something about the way the burger gets soggy just doesn’t do it for me. Perhaps it’s all the lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, and more toppings you can put on making it sloppy. The fries are definitely good, as you can get seasoned and have the curly option. Located at the Westfield culver, or as I still like to say the ghetto mall or fox hills mall, there is ample parking and it’s a pretty convenient location.

Over-priced and mediocre at best. The girl at the counter met us with a broken countenance as we placed our order. We had the veggie sandwich and a kosher hot dog. Both were disappointing. The veggie sandwich consisted of several wet mushrooms and an incomplete tomato slice. Bf and I both thought it would contain a veggie patty at the very least. The service was glacial, especially for being a fast food place. The interior was unattended.
