Floral Art has been my go-​to florist for years. They have gone above and beyond to deliver flowers and every recipient consistently says the arrangements are beautiful. Easy phone ordering, impeccable taste, and timely delivery.

They did a great job on my order. I ordered flowers from my boss to send to another coworker. They took the time to go over the order and answer questions. The receiver of the flowers loved her flowers so much she called me a few weeks later for the name of the place so she could send her friend some flowers.

For many years I lived around the corner from this shop. i loved these guys and the work they did. This go around, I am super bummed. The arrangement that was delivered was not what was pictured on the website, not even close. All white is all white, not white, hot pink and lavender. The vase doesn’t even look the same. The proportions are totally different.
I ordered a crisp white arrangement in a long low vase. I got a hot mess in an ordinary vase.
When I called, they were very polite as they explained to me that it was my fault.

Floral Art LA has beautiful taste… The flowers and living arrangements are exceptional. Not to mention the cool, custom designs in all that the do. From the beautiful New Flower Mural that lures you in from the street to all the great treats inside… I will not hestitate to work with them again and again! PS –Stefanie and Jennifer have been a pleasure to work with!

Great flower shop in the back. The girls were friendly and asked to help me as soon as I walked into the store. The front part of the store has loads of unique Moroccan style glass and other chochkas that held my interest. I liked the vibe in the store. Very helpful, but not on top of me. It is a small store, but there are plenty of little interesting glass things to look at.
I didn’t end up buying any of the Moroccan glass stuff, but it was the most beautiful stuff of that kind I have seen. I’ve never seen those things anywhere else, and I’m sure I’m going back to buy some next time I’m in Venice.

I had used them since they opened so had been a loyal customer. My fiancée went in to discuss them doing her wedding bouquet and other flowers for the wedding. The person there acted like she couldn’t care less and wasn’t very helpful. So my fiancée left. I called and talked to the manager and explained my unhappiness and was assured the owner would call me. That never happened. It just seems they have become fairly snobbish, along with being ridiculously expensive. Too many other good florists around to put up with that kind of customer service.

Floral Art is just what it claims to be and more. The amazing style of Jennifer Mcgarigle’s work is breathtaking — her studio is open 7 days a week on Abbot Kinney in Venice — see for yourself. She creates all of my florals for my special events and LA floral gifts — in every price range — always very special. Love, Love, Love Love!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Floral Art. They did the flowers for my rehearsal dinner, and they channeled exactly what I was looking for. They really listened to what I wanted, and worked with me on the budget to come up with 15 amazing arrangements. I like the traditional feel, and while they seem to have a modern vibe when you go to the store, they did a great job of creating exactly what I had envisioned.

I am not sure if we are talking about the same place as I work with them all the time for events and the staff is nothing but professional and lovely to deal with, (no one has ever said anything remotely religious to me) It is not only a beautiful store but the work they do is stellar and lasts forever. They do it all and have always done an excellent job.

they forgot to have my bouquet ready on my wedding day. enough said right?
so when my friend stopped by to pick it up, they made a bouquet on the spot with the wrong colors and flowers. i didn’t end up using it.
when i called about getting a refund, since they still charged me for it, the owner was apologetic. but i would never use them again.
