this place was delicious! I had a gift card for $ 25 and got 2 pastrami, 1 turkey bacon, and 2 small scallop potatoes and still had $ 1 left. The food was great! the service was great! and ill be back!

It’s one of those business either you know or you don’t. This was my first Easter ordering a HB ham. I cam in the week before to order but the front door was locked during business hours. It’s always locked, you enter on the side. Not too busy and I was able to make a reservation quickly and given a claim check. Saturday, the day before Easter and it was PACKED. No real line just mobs of people and a half dozen cashiers. I grabbed a short line, but tried to let 2 people go ahead of me that had been waiting. Holiday spirit eh. A line, a que would be in order. Of course they were sold out of the small hams(quarter) so they gave me a half that was $ 65OUCH. I looked at the price and they offered $ 7 off so that was about right. We’ve been eating ham for 9 days straight. I don’t like ham. Its not horrible I just prefer other animals and parts. I also don’t like Honey Baked ham. It looks so good in advertising, that honey being baked on with a blo torch, but it never turns out that way. The crust is always melted to syrup and so the Honey BAKED charm is lost. If they could get the customer a fresh from the oven crisp texture I think it would be a winner.

We went there and ordered a Ham for Easter and picked it up the Saturday before Easter. Our order was correct and as usual the Ham was consistence, presented well, was fresh, moist and tasty. The price was reasonable. This HoneyBaked Ham is located in a very busy shopping center with many other businesses, the parking lot is convenient and free. It is not a big place and usually you have to wait in line regardless of having placed your ordered in advance. They offer a lot of side dishes(you can purchase your entire meal here) and Turkey as well. They accept all major credit cards not sure if they accept Apple Pay at this time. I suggest calling before picking up your order to make sure they have it and that is is ready for pick up. HoneyBaked is a tradition for us if we are hosting Easter dinner.

Winner Winner Ham Dinner! Don’t know why I waited this long to order a Easter supper from here. So easy AND remarkably flavorful. Ham is already cooked, glazed AND beautifully sliced off the bone. Incredibly moist and delicious I recommend heating in a skillet with a little of the juice from the famous Gold bag. The bag is great to store leftover meat in as well as it reseals. We ordered the mini ham dinner and it was PLENTY! I think it was an almost five pound ham… more like a half vs a quarter. The sides were good as well. Green bean casserole came with a nice sauce enhanced by mushrooms, water chestnuts and a crunchy onion topping. Yam casserole had marshmallows and nuts(oddly almond slivers instead of the chopped pecans in the picture but still added a nice texture) and was creamy and sweet. Would order again for a holiday in a heartbeat! Sorry I didn’t do it sooner!

I having been coming to this location for years and have always received friendly service. I just love these guys. The sandwiches are a good value and the cheesy potatoes, the best.

This review is for the ordering process only. I will update it once I pick up the ham and eat it. When I called HoneyBaked, the woman who answered sounded very cheerful. She let me know what my options were, and all I had to do was pick a day to pick up the ham. I do wish they had a wider window for pickup — pickup is between 9am and 5pm, and I wonder how people who have to work during the day ever manage to buy a ham. After picking a ham size and choosing the date, she gave me a confirmation code. I’m excited to pick up the ham and try it. I’ve heard great things about HoneyBaked.

Always a game changer when I come here l. Recently found out they make sandwiches with the honey baked ham!!! What!!! Come here every year since I was little for the honey baked ham for holidays. My boyfriend brought me here for sandwiches and my life has never been the same. Staff was courteous and hardly any wait. You can also try FREE samples of the ham while you wait/decide what you want. They have sides available also. The bread for the sandwiches was soft and amazing. I highly recommend coming here to get a sand which when not needing an entire ham. So yummy! They also have testers of all their sauces– perfect for gifting as well.

I love sandwiches and I had to try Honeybake. So glad I did. I’m not a humongous fan of turkey and ham so was so glad that they offer pastrami. Believe it or not… it is the BEST pastrami I have ever had! It’s not too fat. Not too greasy. Not too salty. I love it on Rye with mayo, tomatoes, cucumbers and a cream soda! I really recommend it. I have also tried their baby back rip platter and they are fall off the bone tender. The prices are so reasonable that I will come in at least once a week. The staff is so great! I love that I get greeted when I come in and they remember me! … That in itself is so refreshing cause you could be going to the same place for years and the staff will still look and act like if you are new. Here the ladies are all friendly, attentive and always get my order right. I have been coming here for the last four years and don’t seem to get tired of them. Just don’t expect sandwiches around Thanksgiving and Christmas as that is their busiest time of the year and they don’t make sandwiches for two weeks before each holiday. Gotta try them!

I used to like coming here during my lunch break while at work. The staff would be attend to me in a timely manner and the portions they would give would be pretty generous. The first incident that bothered me was when I asked for my vegetarian sandwich with everything on it, like how I would usually get. I guess the avocados weren’t completely ripe, so the girl taking my order told me this but with some attitude. She sounded as if she was annoyed that I didn’t already know their avocados weren’t ready. If any store isn’t prepared with the ingredients that are on the menu, shouldn’t they have an apologetic attitude rather than being annoyed? My issue wasn’t the fact that it wasn’t completely ripe(tasted okay to me by the way), but I didn’t appreciate her not wanting to show me good customer service. Another incident was when I ordered a full sandwich and a small soup, but they didn’t give me the right order! When I got to work and took everything out from the bag, I only saw half a sandwich. I was actually more sad than mad :(

Forget the turkey… I would always ask my mom to get a HoneyBaked Ham for the holidays! It’s truly my favorite. I’m not sure why this location has such negative reviews. The quality of the food is ALWAYS consistent so I assume it’s the customer service. My experience here was nothing but great today, however. I went in for lunch, the customer service was top-notch, and the small lunch plate for approximately $ 8.00 was enough for me to eat two meals(except for the salad). The staff were friendly and nothing less than accommodating. I will definitely be back!

Ham we got for Thanksgiving tasted great! To get into the parking lot could be a hassle around thanksgiving… but I managed to find a parking right away. Line was super long but they did a great job in managing that… I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

It’s a few days before thanksgiving and I called to reserve a ham for the holiday. The girl who answered gave me a confirmation# and said to pick up between 8−7pm. Pick up day came and the stupid girl gave me the size of the ham instead of the confirmation#. How rude is that? It’s the first time I ordered and though it would be really nice to bring it for our friendsgiving potluck. Ugh! It could be just the girl who answered the phone or this particular store but seriously, not coming back!

5 stars for the ladies who helped me with my thousands of questions about an office order. Every time I called, the reps were patient and thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. No feeling rushed, no attitude, etc. While good customer service should be the standard, I was extra impressed since this was all within the last couple days during the holiday season. On top of that, the food was delicious and the order came out correct. Props to the staff.

Ate here today with my coworkers for lunch. First time, we never thought before today to try it but on a whim we decided to give them a try. At first we thought the place was closed because the parking lot was completely empty. We were all happy with a sandwiches. I tried the Honey Baked Turkey Sandwich… so good! Customer service was extremely friendly as well. I think Matt was the name of the guy who help me. We will definitely be back in the future. Hidden gem!

This is my second visit to this establishment, haven’t been feeling much like cooking. Coming here, enjoying fresh tasty food and being assisted by some of the friendliest people I’ve come into contact with in some time is completely JOYFUL

I have eaten sandwiches and sides from this location and they are delicious. However my review is for the delivery service from buying online at the Honeybaked website. Thought a review of how the online delivery service works would be a good idea. And I really couldn’t find a review elsewhere containing pics and other stuff. I had been curious and now that I’ve done it. Figured Unilocal was the best place for the review. I had been wanting a ham for Thanksgiving and went to my local store in Glendale. I have never bought one around the holidays and figured a couple days before was enough time to avoid the line. Heck no! The line was out to the street! I said no way jose. So ended up getting a Thanksgiving meal combo from the local supermarket. It was ok but I still had the Honeybaked in the back of my mind. So that night I went online and said let’s give it a shot. I ordered the sampler trio which is a ¼ Ham, Prime Rib & Half Turkey Breast which is more than enough for a small family. Now the shipping is a little high but not ridiculous. You have to understand it is basically delivered next day by UPS. And the styrofoam cooler it’s delivered in, gel ice packs and packaging are also material costs. Also that you only have this once or twice a year. The shipping becomes reasonable, saves time in waiting in that crazy line and your gas. I chose the delivery date for the 23rd to give time for the meats to thaw. And also not to cut it to close to the 24th and have it not delivered on time. Today I received my Honeybaked package. Yeeehaw! I took some pics of the box and me unboxing it. So if you’ve been curious about how it comes delivered and what not. Check out the pics. It comes in a small styrofoam cooler with ice gel packs to keep the meats as frozen as possible. It looks pretty much like what you would get in the store. Of course I haven’t tasted it yet. But I’m pretty sure it will be the same as if I have bought it in store. I saved myself the headache of that whine line and I got my Honeybaked ham! Take care and hope you all have a great Christmas.

I would like to commend this store for its efficiency with the crazy line that wrapped around the side of the building past the staircase the day before Thanksgiving! I was given an estimated 10 minute wait to get inside and that estimation was spot on. The real struggle was inside where I had to maneuver my way to what I thought was the best line. Started in one line, moved to another, and decided to stick it out in what ended up being a poor decision on my part… I saw a lady walk in about 5 minutes after me who made her way to the middle of the room to the corner cashier. By the time I reached 3rd in line, she was already out the door! You had to be really clever about picking a line and I had no initiative so joke was on me. But great job Honey Baked Ham for the efficiency! Definitely much appreciated. Mental note for next time: make a bee line for the corner cashier! Also, don’t forget to print coupons from their website. You don’t have to sign up or anything so it’s super convenient. Saved me $ 7.00 off my $ 60.00 ham.

I’m not sure why I never went to HoneyBaked Ham before … since I worked about 2 minutes away for 10 years. The fact it closes at 5:00 p.m. everyday probably doesn’t help, but also HoneyBaked Ham isn’t a «dine-in» place. It is a place for Ham Sandwiches or sliced Meats to go. It is a convenient and comfortable choice. I popped in for a late lunch and ordered the first thing on the menu… the HoneyBaked Ham Classic Sandwich($ 6.89 — 4 stars) on Sourdough Bread. It’s lived up to its name as a classic wich with slices of hearty Ham and sycophantic Swiss Cheese plus Lettuce, Tomato, and Honey Mustard. Other than the mustard being a tad too sweet, this is a totally«classic» sandwich. Service was quick and efficient. Parking was even easier in the huge shared lot for the shopping center. I hope it doesn’t take another 10 years to come back and try one of the other ham sandwiches, ham salads, or ham melts. HoneyBaked Ham Company is Ham-tastic.

I know most people go to Honey Baked to pick up their turkeys and hams for the holidays, but I usually try to stay away from those periods because of the onslaught of people that seem to descend on Honey Baked like bees to a honey pot. I don’t go often mainly because I forget that it’s there, but when I do, I’ll head over for lunch. If you like a quality ham sandwich for lunch, then look no further. Their ham is obviously the real deal. I really enjoyed the sandwich I got for lunch today. High quality ingredients and a very tasty honey wheat bread. All this for $ 6 and it was a very sufficient sized sandwich. I didn’t encounter any of the bad service that people mentioned. In fact, the staff was quite courteous and I was pleased with the service. I was pretty much the only customer there during lunch time too so it was faster than waiting in line at the El Pollo Loco down the street.
