Really beautiful Eco friendly products. Great spot for holiday gifting! Bought some cool colorful outdoor mats made from flip flops and a lovely straw basket for baby laundry. Also some cleaning products…
Excellent service, very friendly staff let us in with our large dog (leashed) and 2 week old baby in a stroller. Then let us change his diaper in their bathroom and feed him in a quiet corner. They could have easily asked us to deal with that elsewhere but instead were family friendly and helpful. Appreciate it!

The service has really improved, the staff is noticeably friendlier and more helpful.

It had been a while since I was in Living Green and they have remodeled a little. It looks great and has way more to choose from in the eco and green arena. Paint, flooring, custom rugs, bedding (and beds) cleaning supplies and a whole lot of cool what nots. They have a sale going on right now that is amazing. Candles, swedish dish cloths, holiday trimmings and more. If you are conscious of your environment (and the fumes that home furnishings give off) this is the place to go.

Mark this as another one of those businesses that doesn’t keep to their posted hours. If I’m going to take the time to drive an hour in Los Angeles traffic to go to your precious store you could have the decency not to close an hour early.

Wow. I love what they have at Living Green. I wish I could afford it!
But if you can afford it, you’ll love their unique selection of home products that you can feel good about buying.

I was here on 1÷7÷09 and bought a showers filter for $ 41.14 it was the best deal I could find near by, checking the net I would have had to order any other filter I wanted from the sites, theirs was in stock and local. The associate that helped me was quite friendly and attentive. I am pleased with them thus far. They carry a wide array of items so check out their website for more info.

Nice storefront, friendly and knowledgeable staff (at least when I have visited). Good variety of green-​design /​eco-​friendly books, furniture, and accessories.
My girlfriend bought some eco-​friendly indoor wall paint here. About 50% more expensive than regular paint at your hardware store of choice.

Update 3÷14÷09 — Stopped in recently and customer service has much improved! I was greeted stepping inside and the salesperson was very helpful recommending low VOC metal primer and paints. Got a project coming up? You may want to check out their mis-​tinted paint, they can be snatched up a discount. Upped to four stars!
Original review: If you wanna be green or just be an eco-​poser while driving around town in your SUV this is your spot. You’re getting responsibly manufactured/​environmentally friendly paints, furniture, flooring, and cleaners but its going to cost a bit more than rolling to your local Target. for some items, I can totally justify the cost, for others not so much.
This store is THEE BEST if you want to check out furniture with a green edge. many different styles are on display on the sales floor, and all are gorgeous — unfortunately the times I’ve been in there, many of the couch sets were leather and it is all mucho pricey. It would be nice to see more done with bamboo or hemp. Almost anything you need for interior furnishing is here, right down to recycled glass cabinet handles. my favie — the floormat made from leftover flip-​flop material.
Now im the type of person who freaks when someone throws a glass bottle away in the garbage (put it in the recycling bin people!!!, no recycling bin??? …lets have a talk) and i try to be as green as possible iight? so it really hurts my heart to give this place less than 5 stars but DAYUM everytime i’ve been in here — customer service is not happening. sales people have carried on entire conversations before ringing me up or i get unfriendly vibes as im cruising the floor. If won’t scare me off from shopping here but it def makes a difference when i can buy the same items at Earth Accents on Main St. and get MUCH friendlier service.
