Pampered by Petal

I started around Sept. for a end of the summer season cleaning. She was O.K. and did not push the products hard. But I had made a personal decision to take better care of my skin. I thought the environment was questionable with the curtains who looked dirty. I made a decision to buy 3 products but not all at the same time, they were expensive and I knew I wanted to get at least 3 facials. I bought the 1^st product and when I received it, I had a reaction to it. I asked to bring it back and she was accommodating. I did spend $ 48.00 so I think I deserve to have a product that I do not have a reaction to. I explained this to her prior to my facial. The product took a week to 10 days to receive. Lots of phone calling back and forth. Second product after 2^nd facial, took about 2 weeks and once again lots of phone calls back and forth.3^rd time I called a day before and told her to go ahead and order the last thing I needed. When I came in on my appointment she said she had not ordered it. The last product took the longest and was the most frustrating. This time she did not give me the courtesy to call back. When she did she was annoyed, and suggested in the future to order on line. This is the short version. She can be rude, and her facials are fair to say the least. For $ 90.00 their other places to go.

I have dealt with acne since adolescence. I have gone to doctors, taken medicine, used lasers, and have been to countless estheticians, but it was only an quick fix. Since going to Petal the last several months I have seen a decrease in breakouts, fewer fine lines, and less redness in my skin tone. I have also not experienced being literally pampered during a facial with massages and other fun surprises throughout the facial. She uses great organic products and is flexible when monetary challenges arise. She does not force products on you or make you feel guilty and provides affordable alternatives if necessary. I am blessed to have found her and highly recommend her!

I had a facial with Petal and she is amazing. I started having facials last year for the first time and I went to a great facialist at Burke Williams, but she became too busy and a friend referred me to Petal. Here is what I loved about Petal’s facials: she uses natural and organic products and seaweed. I loved not getting chemicals on my skin. She has good energy and really paid attention to my specific needs. She even made a custom blend just for my skin. I left feeling clear, clean and revitalized with great skin to show. Her prices are reasonable given the quality of products she uses.

Petal made me feel so at ease for my first appointment getting lash extensions! I woke up after falling asleep during my process and loved what I saw once I woke up, I highly recommend her as a lash expert because the results is exactly what we talked about before we started. If you’re debating get them done, just do it and go to Petal for the best!

I went in to see Petal for a full lash install and I must say it was everything I needed. From the soft tunes and the relaxing aroma, to the comfy bed to lay on and her gentle touch, Petal knows what she’s doing. I love my lashes and look forward to getting my fill in two weeks or stepping up a notch and going for a glam set! Thanks Petal! Xx

I recently visited for a facial service and was completely satisfied with the whole process. I have very sensitive skin so it was very important for me to find a location that used natural and organic products. When I first arrive I was given a short survey to fill out then led into a cozy room where the the esthetician, Petal, helped me get comfortable on the table. The facial it’s self was very peaceful although from time to time she would check in and ask if I was feeling any discomfort from the products used. I was given a personalized treatment based on my facial assessment. I walked away feeling rejuvenated and happy. Petal’s peaceful and calm personality really helped make my visit enjoyable. I left with a list of optional products to try. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks for a follow up. Awesome place!

Pampered by Petal is a great name for a small well lit boutique to get a great facial. There’s a candle lit aroma that puts you at ease before you are taken into the next room, for an exhilarating experience. Your not just enjoying the cool feeling of the Cleanser, Cleansing Mud, Hydrating Oil, and Moisturizers, but her great hands. If you every took a rose petal and ran it across your face, neck, shoulders, and chest. Then you will understand, and want to be Pampered by Petal… oh, and she has a beautiful smile. So when you go in for your facial… tell her Jah said smile… you’ll see exactly what I mean.

I am so happy that I found Petal. She is truly gifted at what she does. I have been completely stress out with wedding planning and the big day approaching fast. When I entered the spa it was like I was transported into a whole new world. Petals energy is amazing and it truly rubs off on you. One of the highlights of having a facial with Petal is that she uses all organic products. Organic!!! My face has never felt this soft and smooth. After 2 days my breakouts have completely vanished. Thank you! so much Petal. You are truly a lightworker.

Once you walk into this little chic boutique the intoxicating smells of candle burning is relaxing enough. The facial I received by Petal was outstanding. Her hands were magical and soothing. The prices are reasonable however, the level of customer service supersedes your expectation. Definitely will be going back.

Lash extensions
I previously used strip lashes and even painstakingly applied individual lashes myself, but Petal has taken on this beauty task for me with ease and grace. I made my lash extensions last by doing my best to sleep on my back, not applying mascara, which you won’t need anyway, and keeping my eyes as dry as possible when bathing or removing makeup. I actually wore less makeup after my lash extensions treatment because the lashes give a more polished, feminine, and brighter look.
TIPS:
Listen to Petal, no caffeine before your appointment. You will be laying down, eyes closed, possibly taped closed if your natural lashes need some wrangling, for 2 – 3 hours.
Don’t be afraid to fall asleep. Petal won’t tease you for snoring and your eyes will be more relaxed after the appointment. This is REAL beauty sleep.
If talking is your mood, you will enjoy Petal’s warm and genuine conversation and insights while remaining completely comfortable under her gentle touch.

I don’t normally write reviews, but Petal is so great I had to let everyone know! I was a little nervous about doing my lashes because I’ve seen so many people who look like they took CVS strips to town and tell me they got extensions. Petal creates an amazing environment to relax and has done an amazing job every time. I’ve had the lashes for 6 months now and actually look forward to the fills. She’s got great bedside manner and energy, I get a little head rub and literally nap while she does it. I have beautiful, full and long lashes that actually look real. I don’t have to wear mascara, and wake up everyday looking like I curled them. If you are looking to get lashes either for long term or short she is amazing and for the quality her prices are really good.
